I bought a second hand car in October 25 It's a Grandland 1.2 eco tec, Three weeks in I've got a problem they had to replace clutch drive plate, clutch pressure plate and the flywheel \xa31100 Done on the warranty l had so three and a half months since October there's a crank main Barring rattle so here l am back in the garage 20/01/26 It's being looked at and l hope they first find the noise secondly repair it here's hoping, PS I'll keep you updated, So far they have been very good with me only thing I can find fault is I've got no transport ( loan car )

I had a great experience bringing my car to Vauxhall Dudley for an issue with the electric handbrake. Sue was incredibly helpful and polite throughout the process. She kept me updated regularly about the status of my car, which I really appreciated. When I was informed that the part needed for the repair was not in stock and that it would take some extra time to arrive, Sue kindly offered me a replacement car while mine was waiting for the repair. Although the repair bill was quite high, Sue suggested a flexible installment payment plan to make it more affordable, which was very thoughtful. Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and support I received.
