I was recently fortunate enough to become just the second owner of the 2015 VW Touareg David had for sale. Great communication via both telephone and email, even whilst David was away on holiday for the week. The only morning I had available to view the vehicle (within a 2 week window before Christmas) didn't suit David however I assume he moved a few things around and made himself available which was appreciated. A friend drove me 2 hours to view the vehicle, David offered the two of us to take the vehicle on a test drive (without him) which was refreshing (no pushy sales tactics, no pressure, not trying to hide anything etc). David passed on the huge stack of paperwork from the previous owner which is always great to have. The vehicle was as described/ photographed and priced very fairly against it's condition, history etc. Since purchasing just before Christmas, the helpful, speedy and friendly communication has continued when I've contacted David. I always check reviews before purchasing most things and the reviews for David Brothers speak for themselves, it's not often you find a trader with such positive, genuine feedback. Would certainly recommend if David Brothers have a vehicle of interest.

I recently purchased a Mercedes 300CE from David. He was very straightforward and was happy for me to take the car out for a long test drive and then went the extra mile to make himself available when the car was collected very early in one morning. Some weeks later when I asked him for an extra bit of paperwork, he was on it straightaway and I received it shortly after. Not everyday you come across someone in the motor trade who's as upfront, reliable and such a pleasure to deal with. If you're in the market for a car, David should certainly be on your list.

Couldent recommend enough, I was unfortunate enough to buy a car that had a fault within a few weeks of driving it, however a call with David and we managed to get the issue diagnosed and fixed in no time at all!

I recently purchased an Audi TT from David. David's communication was really good and he was very helpful. David gave a good history of the car and it was exactly as described. There was no hard selling and no hidden costs. The whole experience of buying a car from David brothers cars was very good and easy! The price was fair and he gave a fair trade in price for my part exchange. I would recommend to my friends and family should they need a car. Also I live around 2 hours away but there was no problems with arranging a viewing and test drive. David replied to messages and called me back promptly where needed. After a few days there was a slight issue with the car, David was very helpful in resolving this issue (wheel bearing) and the after sales was very good.

What can i say, an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I was looking for a BMW F82 M4 and came across the one that David had for sale. We had an initial chat on the phone and came to a fair price on the car i wanted to part/ex, subject to us both viewing the cars. On viewing the car, it was immaculate, even better than i could have hoped for considering the car is 10 years old. The day after i picked the car up, a warning light came on, obviously my initial reaction was of slight panic, i sent David a message and within minutes he had called me back. We arranged that he would drive to mine next day (70 miles away), pick the car up, get it sorted and return. It turned out to just be an O2 sensor in the end. I think the proof of a good dealer is not just the buying process, but even more so if there are any subsequent issues and how they are delt with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from David.

Dave was highly recommended by a friend and I can see why, he found the perfect car for me and he made the process easy and stress free. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I would definitely go back to Dave if I need another car and now recommend him to family and friends looking for new cars.

An honest and decent dealer, a breath of fresh air amongst the myriad of unscrupulous "dealers" who know nothing about cars and simply resell nasty junk bought at auction. I would not hesitate to buy another car from David.

Being in the market for a first car for my son, we noticed David Brothers Cars had what appeared to be the perfect example. I live an hour away from the showroom, so called ahead to make plans to go and view the car. David could not have been more accommodating, offering to meet me at a time that suited me, even outside business hours. My test drive satisfied me that I may have found the correct vehicle, and I arranged to visit again with my son a few days later. We were left alone to inspect the car in as much detail as we wished, before being offered the opportunity to test drive it again, on our own. There was no pressure at any point. We agreed to purchase the vehicle, and David delivered it a few days later for no charge! It is worth noting that there was a slight sticking point with some paperwork, which only came to light after we had taken delivery. This proved to be no problem whatsoever for David, who sorted it on our behalf, in his own time, and followed up to ensure it was resolved. Whilst the vehicle was priced slightly higher than we were expecting for the model and age, the condition reflected the value, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. The whole transaction has been an extremely pleasant experience, and should set an example to other car dealers of the level of customer care and trust that should be present when making a purchase. It is extremely refreshing to buy a car from someone who clearly values customer service, and does not care for the high-pressure sales tactics that seem present at almost all car dealers elsewhere. David will be my first call in the future, when my other son reaches driving age. Highly recommended.
