Arranged to view a car and arrived as agreed. On arrival, I spoke to a member of staff and explained we were there to view a vehicle. Despite this, no effort was made to locate the car and we were left waiting for around half an hour. The dealership wasn’t busy, yet no one approached us during that time. We eventually left due to the lack of service and went to another dealership nearby, where we purchased a car instead. Very disappointing experience.

We were very pleased with the service we received when we changed our car recently. We were given an adequate time to test drive the car and a brief explanation of it's features. Alex explained everything to us and answered all our questions when we picked the car up. The day after we had a follow up call to see how we were doing and were able to check anything we had forgotten to ask. Excellent customer service.

I’m really disappointed with this garage. The engine kept stalling unexpectedly, which made driving stressful and unsafe. Even after having it checked, the issue continued. The garage told me it was my imagination? The garage manager Martin just kept speaking over me and I gave up. I expected far better reliability, and I wouldn’t recommend this garage based on my experience, I went elsewhere for continued warranty

Im disabled I asked for a certain spec car. Ready to go with good technical amd mechanical parts and some internal wishes on spec. Eg wont need anything anytime soon. I was told it had a recent service which then turned out to be 6 months ago. No MOT but assured it was sound. Media has a technical issue when connected by usb, tyre tread is low (i found out when swam round the cemetery car park at a funeral) the brakes less than useless. The car was given a service to make it "recent" as sold but guess what has yellow warnings on brakes and tyres. Media still not working. I asked them to do the MOT at the same time as the service as agree by them but they forgot. So I now have a useless dangerous car with low brakes, low tyre tread and no MOT which runs out when im away at my mums care home visiting her. Been sent round in circles by multiple emails asking me for clarification over and over when ive clearly said from day 1, brakes scrape and grate, Media not working, tyres slide. Given the 100 point check sheet on request which even says I have a spare tyre. The Dacia duster does not have a spare tyre! Blagged and tagged. Would expect more when buying locally as a disabled person. I originally went in for a motability car. No escalation process to higher management. Sold by Finn and service arranged by Martyn. No Adr. Will continue with motability, dial and trading standards. All documented and recorded. Blagged and tagged proper job. (UPDATE was offered the MOT and car sorted as recompense and then they cancelled the MOT at 5.28 pm saying due to poor review here knowing i had to drive to my mums care home. The mot was part of the agreed contract on purchase) Retaliatory removal of parts of a contract due to a review is illegal in the uk. So is putting lives at risk with poor tyres and grating brakes.
