Purchased a car from this dealership recently. The car was having few issues at the start, and the repair took longer than expected, but the team handled everything properly and made sure the work was completed to a higher standard. They kept their word and resolved the problems perfectly. Overall I\u2019m happy with the car now. Thank you to the team for sorting everything out.
After looking wide and far for the perfect 1st car for my partner, we actually found it right on our doorstep. We have owned the car for almost 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish nothing but good honest service, very recommended car sales company and will be re-visiting when we look for a car again along with recommending to our friends and family. Purchased a skoda fabia estate for my son Car was suitably described in advert when viewed Sales man was knowledgeable on stock and the car A sale was made and vehicle was delivered as promised, new mot and serviced We did have a issue with car which was sorted out by the dealer ship I would buy from them again
Extremely disappointed with the service I\u2019ve received from this garage after purchasing my 2019 car in April 2025. Within just 5 months of owning the vehicle and while still under the 6-month warranty I reported a fault and was advised to bring the car in. When I collected the vehicle, I was told the issue was caused by me putting in \u201cbad AdBlue\u201d, despite no real investigation being shown to support this and next time I\u2019ll be charged. Since then, the exact same fault has occurred on two further occasions without any AdBlue being added at all which clearly suggests the original issue was not caused by user error as previously claimed. Because it is now \u2018out of Warranty\u2019 they are refusing to help or look at the car even though this issue was bought up within the warranty period and clearly hasn\u2019t been fixed. I have now only had the car for 10 months and I am being left with a repair bill of approximately \xa32,500 for what appears to be an ongoing fault that was first reported within the warranty period. Very frustrating experience and I would advise others to be cautious when relying on warranty support.
Have had an absolutely brilliant experience with Daci - Kurt was so helpful throughout the entire process from enquiring, viewing, and test driving, and then through to buying the car. He was happy to answer the many questions we had honestly and quickly. I could not praise enough! I am chuffed with my new car, which was professionally cleaned and delivered to my work in the best condition. I will 100% be keeping them in mind for the future and recommending to anyone I know!
