I Bought my car from Dace yesterday and I can’t recommend enough!! The whole service from start to finish was a pleasure. Callum was amazing, his communication and knowledge was great and he made sure I left with a stunning car that I’m over the moon with! Everyone that works there are so lovely, the receptionist and the car sales are all so friendly they really do make you feel comfortable. Thank you all, especially Callum for making it so easy and enjoyable buying a new car. Highly recommend!
Jason in warranty claims dept made life very easy, strut boots and brake fluid change on car only just bought sorted and as the external garage doing the work had issue with payment method we paid ourselves and we're reimbursed as promised next day..Jason had made contact in first instance following up the fact the car had thrown a fault,AA sorted that but fact Jason and DACE had chased the resolution was brilliant! Cannot recommend Jason enough,perhaps DACE could use him full time on the claims and relieved him of other duties that take him away from the desk 🤣
Jason the gentleman that has dealt with my daughters vehicle from the warranty department has been absolutely brilliant all the way through, keeping us informed every step of the way. When Jason wasn't available one of his colleagues Chantel (hope that's how you spell it) has stepped in and kept is in the loop. First class service thank you both so much.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis Birch, and I can confidently say his service was exceptional from start to finish. His attention to detail, warmth, and clear understanding of the car sales industry are second to none. From our initial meeting just a week ago to now, the entire process has been seamless — and we are now proud owners of another vehicle, prepared to the highest possible standard. This purchase marks another step in a long-standing relationship, having now bought four cars from this dealership over the years. Based on this experience, I have no doubt we will return again in the future. It’s often easy for customers to voice complaints, but just as important to recognise outstanding service when it’s delivered — and Lewis truly deserves that recognition. The level of care and diligence he showed was exceptional. For context, I purchased an Audi e-tron GT last year, and the level of due diligence and customer care did not come close to what Lewis has demonstrated. That speaks volumes. We wish Lewis every success in his career. He is a true ambassador for the company, and the team should be incredibly proud to have him.
Big shoutout to Jason at Dace Motor Company — a man who clearly believes car trouble should come with a side of luxury and a good laugh. I dropped my car off expecting the usual: mild panic, a dent in my wallet, and a long wait. Instead, Jason swoops in like a mechanical superhero, sorts everything out smoothly, and then casually hands me the keys to a BMW convertible as a courtesy car… because apparently that’s just how he rolls. I’m not saying I wanted my car to have issues, but cruising around pretending I’m in a music video with the roof down definitely softened the blow. At one point I almost forgot my own car existed. Top-notch service, quick turnaround, and a sense of humour (intentional or not) that turned a stressful situation into a mini holiday. If your car’s going to act up, you might as well take it to Jason — just don’t get too attached to the courtesy car like I did.
