Super happy with my new Toyota, can't thank the guys at DN Trading enough. I was quite nervous about going to a dealership on my own and not knowing that much about cars but they were so friendly and not pushy, put me at ease and offered me a great deal on a part exchange. Great communication throughout the whole process, no pressure, no messing around. Legan took care of everything, even set my bluetooth up for me in the new car. Lovely people at DND trading but we were very unlucky with the car we purchased..Came with a warranty via warranty wise..Car soon started giving us problems,but we weren't too worried with having the warranty...Turned out to be a nightmare from the start...AA had to take the car to a garage in June...got it back late September. Warranty wise refused to pay for anything because they said everything was age related...Waste of time paying for a warranty...spent over ,\xa32200...Lost a small fortune over the car....Got rid of it last week... Absolute load of rubbish...Did contact legan for help...feel really let down..chalk it up to experience...WOULD NOT USE WARRANTY WISE EVER AGAIN... SERIOUSLY OUT OF POCKET...

On behalf of my daughter Bracken and myself, I want to say thank you so very much for the excellent service and experience we have received from Legan at DN. Nothing was too much trouble, from collecting us from the railway station to making sure everything was correct with the Suzuki ignis before we drove it home to Colchester. Bracken loves the car and has already driven it, gaining her confidence behind the wheel again. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and would certainly consider the train journey up and the long journey home to pick up a car from them. Straightforward and transparent car sales are very rare but these guys have that. Buy with total confidence. Thank you again.

Unfortunately, there’s no option to give a negative rating!!! I have never seen such a scam before! From the neighboring street it’s obvious that the entire front part of the car is a different color, and on the front right side there is absolutely no gap between the fender and the front door! The description is misleading: it says “the car is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox,” but in all the photos it’s clearly just a 5-speed!!! This will be a quest for the new owner! The ad says 1.0 petrol, but the description says 1.6 diesel. The seats reveal the real mileage, not the one shown on the dashboard! I even have doubts about the vehicle category, but honestly, I have no desire to waste \xa310–15 to check this junk!

I first found this company through auto trader after trawling the internet for a good solid Mercedes, they had just the car in stock. I made contact with them for more information. Legan got back in touch quickly and I found his communication to be friendly and really helpful. I was provided with a really thorough video walk around and test drive of the car which for me sealed the deal. I found their after sales communication just as good. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for anybody looking for a car who wants peace of mind and quality from their purchase.

Bought a pickup online from DN Trade Motors Ltd today , their website had lots of photos and even a detailed video of the pickup which was great. Really fast turnaround, it was brill having it delivered to my door, I’d definitely recommend checking them out especially if you want to buy a car from home with peace of mind. The pick-up is as described im more than happy. The guys were really helpful and friendly.
