Had a brilliant experience with BYD. Jack went above and beyond to find us a great deal, and Fozia made the handover super smooth. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Very friendly staff and well informative regarding my needs Well I'm happy with the car I got from them a Renault megane 14 reg diesel 71,000 miles so far it's the best car I've had so far so I'm pleased, give them a try \xa34,200 !!!!!!!! I have a new entry, l have just found my five star rating and l have to add this thay have gone to zero stars.. Because had my car for nine months and a guaranteed extended warranty for one year and l had a full service 3 months prior to the fault went back with car to D M KEITH saying overheating and low miles per gallon so The mechanic looked a the car and said the head gasket has gone! So I went to the manager and showed him my extended warranty of one year which covered the problem then he told me there would have to be an investigation with the engine so I agreed to pay \xa3600 for this The investigation told me that it was my fault. I said to them I had a full service 3 months ago and the fault lied within the coolant water and should have been replaced in a 5-year interval. I said to them I did not have the car 5 years ago and you service it 3 months ago. He should have been done then it was my responsibility not in my hands at the time. Anyway, as time went on I didn't feel like I needed. And wanted to go to Small claims court so they told me they could find a part warn engine so I agreed but this is where it gets a bit messy I waited 3 months for a part warn engine but no luck Which I agreed to pay \xa32,000 for during this time I had no vehicle having to go to work on my push bike and relying on friends for shopping and other things I'm at the age of 65. Not a fun thing as you can imagine So I bought a new car not from Toyota so here's a twist in the tail I find out thay have sold my car. With no compensation, to me from D.M. Keith ossett Please please do not buy a car from this dealership!

I bought a car off D M Keith select in Ossett Had the car about three weeks all seemed fine until I was at a set of lights when the car cut out with the start stop but then the engine would not start again. Had to get break down out to recover the car they diagnosed it with a faulty starter the car was taken back to the garage which is a hour and 30 minute drive from Liverpool. Garage had the car a few days replaced the starter motor and then I went to collect the car all seemed good. But I soon noticed the car would sometimes struggle to start it was very intimitant so did not always do it I took the back to the garage they had it a week and someone drove the car for a week testing the car the garage contacted me to say the car was fine with no issues which I tried to say there is a issue but was told there vauxhall trained mechanic had checked the car and found no issues. So after getting the car back it started to do it a little more frequently still not all the time I recorded several videos of the car taking 5/6 seconds to start which is three times longer then it should take. A car should start straight up on the first crank of the engine. But I was told this was a characteristic of the car and thats how it's starts even tho for the first three weeks of owning the car it started straight up. I was made to feel that I was imagining a issue with the car and it was fine John the manager of the site basically told me the car is fine his mechanic has checked it over and that's the way the car starts. I didn't want to take that answer as I know it's wrong but John told me to take the car to vauxhall and get it checked as there computer may be better then the one D M Keith uses to find issues with cars. So I went to vauxhall and showed the video to the service manager who told me straight away that it is showing a long crank time which could be caused by several different things such as a fuel pump issue. I have booked the car in with vauxhall to be diagnosed by a real mechanic and then repaired. They just wanted rid of me as I wouldn't stop ringing up to speak to them about the issue the car was having. They made me feel like I was lying about the car having a issue as rob a salesman said to me "a issue I think the car is having" is normal and that's how the car starts well vauxhall have told me that is definitely not how the car should start it has got a pressure fuel pump so should start straight away not struggle to start. So please do not buy a car off this company as when you have a issue they will make you feel like your lying and there is nothing wrong with the car and basically want nothing to do with it I would not recommend buying a car off this company if it was the last car sales company on the planet get the bus least you won't be treated like a idiot I am disgusted by the way I have been made to feel I was making up the issue now I have had a proper mechanic look at the car I have been told there is a issue so hopefully the warranty will cover it or its gone end up costing me hundred to get it sorted so please stay away from this company I emailed the complaints department and never got a reply so shows you no one at the company cares they only want your money then they don't care what happens after that.

Straight forward transaction with Rob. Top guy to deal with. No hard push on financial products. Well presented and selected Honda Civic which is getting on a bit in age but top notch condition and history.

The Infiniti (YH67ZPB) full of infinite problems with terrible service from DM Keith and will rip you off!! The initial sales process was great, but that was with a different team. Sam, the previous manager, was fantastic. Unfortunately, the new management under Jon don’t share the same standards. The problems started in November while the car was still under warranty. The check engine light came on, and after two months of trying to resolve it myself, I took it back to DM Keith, as the car was still under warrenty. They “diagnosed” it as a NOx sensor issue, but I was told it would take 6 weeks to fix—with no courtesy car offered, ofcourse. After waiting 6 weeks, they claimed the issue was resolved. I explicitly requested them to test it on the motorway for at least 30 minutes to ensure the check engine light didn’t come back as this would trigger it to come back. They assured me they would do so. However, after traveling for hours to pick it up, the light reappeared within 20 minutes of driving back home. I repeatedly tried to contact the sales manager. Each time, I was told he would call me back—he didn’t, until 30 minutes before closing. At that point, I was informed that the car was now out of warranty, and they refused to take responsibility—even though the issue began months before the warranty expired and they had possession of the car before it ended. I was also informed that the issue was not covered under warranty but how can you say this when you clearly don’t know what the issue is. I was given the choices to take the car back as is or pay for further repairs. Given that their own “professionals” had failed to fix the problem, paying for more repairs wasn’t an option. They then offered to buy the car back—for \xa36,000. This was shocking, considering I had purchased it for \xa311,750 less than a year earlier. Somehow, they claimed the car had lost almost half its value—something even brand-new cars don’t do. Now, they have it listed for resale at nearly \xa310,000! And apparently the issue they couldn’t even fix for months is now fixed in 2 weeks. DM Keith has showed a complete lack of integrity, no willingness to negotiate, and blatant disregard for customer service —just a focus on their bottom line. Buy the Infiniti Q50 at your own risk! Absolutely disgraceful.
