Fantastic service. Friendly, courteous, totally trustworthy people. Kyle and Gary were very helpful, delivered the van to my home address and organised the second set of keys for reasonable price. I had minor issues with some sensors - month later it was sorted in no time and at no charge. I am recommending them to everyone I meet. Buying the vehicle from CSK gives you 100% confidence that you will be safe on the road for a long time (Btw, I have never seen the dog behaving so well - says a lot about the owners, doesn\u2019t it?)
Great Seller, I had been looking online for a van for a few weeks and came across this place. Found it was quite local and I didn't even know it existed. I went to go have a look at a couple vans on the Thursday too have a brief look compared to photos in his page. We then agreed that on the Saturday I could come and have a test drive of a few vans. All the vans drive very well and then on the Sunday we agreed a price and I got the van I wanted. Since owning the van it had a few issues but the van is 14 years old so it's expected almost. I dropped them a message with my issues and he arranged for me to drop the van off and get everything fixed. I've pestered him some what with a couple.other issues in the van and he has been nothing but helpful with getting e erything fixed. Without a doubt one of the best sellers in Swansea. He takes care of every car or van before selling and will not lie to you about the vehicles he is selling. Genuine guy and a genuine company. Will definitely have a look here for any new car or van I need and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking.
Bought a Freelander recently, Car was immaculate inside and out the presentation was the best ive seen in a used car. Kyle himself was friendly and knowledgable. When asked if a timing belt had been changed at any time, he said he did not know and because he could not find any records if it having been done had it changed at no extra cost, when I collected the car he provided me with all receipts to show the work had been carried out and where it had been carried out, along with the receipts for any previous work carried out whist he had it. A few weeks later a fuel gauge fault cropped up - Kyle took the car in ordered the parts and had it sorted quickly and efficiently with no arguments or quibbles. Again providing all receipts of work carried out. Mega impressed with the service. When you buy a used car you expect an issue might crop up, all you can ask is the service afterwards sorts you out and in this respect we cannot fault Kyle. The Freelander is running great, the family love it. Took it on a round trip from South Wales, to Chester, to London and back to Wales over the Bank holiday. The car ran sweet as a nut. You should be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting service and just wants to do things on the cheap and thinks he can tell you what to do. Vehicles are appalling condition and kyle doesnt care. Nothing fake about review and stuff to back up how bad this guy is. Easy to try to deflect onto the reviewer rather than face things and improve but this guy is so pompous he sees nothing in his actions as wrong.
