James was very helpful, i had been looking for a Mercedes GLC for a while and when I looked at the one they had on the forecourt and after speaking to James I had no hesitation in buying it, the best one I had seen. The transfer of all documents etc was very efficient and the car has proved to be as good as it looked. Thank you.
Great experience. I recently purchased a second-hand car from Dean and James. The car's great, the process was easy, the team is professional, polite, and so very helpful. I've needed help, and parts changed after purchasing the car, and I had no issues. Dean was always very prompt in replying and very helpful. I would very much recommend them.
Stress free car sale!! Alan contacted us regarding my Mums car we had up for sale, he immediately offered a fair price, no silly offers or time wasting so we accepted and Alan sent over a deposit straight away. Neil then came to collect the car, I was amazed at how professional and respectful Neil was throughout this process, no attempt to try and bring the price down, just arranged for the agreed balance to be paid in full. This was completely hassle free, I would highly recommend this garage. Thank you Alan and Neil.

From making the initial contact with Alan to arranging a viewing that evening. Handed the keys to have a look round, then to take it for a test drive, absolutely no pressure. Fantastic buying experience, my car taken in part ex. Everything was smooth, and stress free particularly with me having a private plate which they did online for me whilst I was there. Very happy with the car. Great guys and highly recommend.
First time visit and purchase, relaxed and warm welcome when you arrive. Travelled from Nottingham to view the car and was really pleased, it was exactly as advertised and really clean. Test drive was "There's the keys hope you like it " drive was great. Liked it straight away and left a deposit to collect when convenient for me, very accommodating and on collection they had excelled in every way. Forget those high profile car supermarkets this is far superior in delivering the customer experience.
