Honestly I’ve bought a few cars since passing in 2021 from dealers and auto trader etc. but none of them have dealt with me like the guys did at crossroads quick to fix any problems that arise and genuinely are nice people all round not just dodgy sales reps trying to make a quick pound note even the after care and the way they treated me was worth driving 4 hours from south London I really wish they were in London as they would be the only garage / dealership I would go to and would get my money every time Thanks crossroads team your all diamonds 💎 Anton

After being disappointed by a major auction site in selling my Focus ST I listed it on Auto trader and was called by Alan. The rest as they say is history….Such a great guy to deal with, highly professional, friendly and no pressure to sell. Everything was seamless, deposit paid and then the awesome Jirina came to collect it, again a consummate professional and a pleasure to meet and deal with. Just bought a car from Crossroads after missing out on a similar one they had a few weeks before. Alan phoned before the car came in to offer it to me before listing. No pushy hard sales, just great customer service. Car is in immaculate condition and it was delivered to me for a really reasonable price. Would definitely recommend buying through them!

We bought a JCW mini. From start to finish the transaction was a pleasure despite the complications that I lived in New Zealand at the time and needed the car storing for 2 months. Absolutely first class service!!!

We advertised our car for sale on Auto Trader and sold it to Crossroads after they called us. The process was very quick and easy and we took great reassurance from the reviews here. An initial deposit was paid to hold the car and the remaining balance paid two days later when the driver sent by Crossroads took the car away. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to deal with.

I had the pleasure of selling our no-longer-required Seat Ibiza to Crossroads Garage. After a very brief and fair negotiation with Alan, a deposit was sent to my account to secure the vehicle subject to it being as I had described it. A couple of days later Simon arrived to collect the car, and after a quick inspection the balance was in my account, with Simon kindly arranging for keeper details to be updated with DVLA, of which I received a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. Selling a car to an expert in the trade can be a daunting task, however I have to say that both Alan and Simon were pleasant to deal with, did what they promised, and as I had described the vehicle accurately the agreed sum was paid without a fuss. In all, the process consisted of a 5 minute call, a couple of text messages and 15 minutes whilst the car was inspected..... easy!! Many thanks for an faff-free experience; I'd certainly recommend contacting Alan if you have a suitable car for sale. Regards, James
