After looking for a car for a while I found Crosby park garage, as it was a second hand car you hope everything will be fine and the after care if anything should happen, well this I have found out because of the adblue sensors. Twice my car has been in and the after care is fantastic the staff are very friendly especially Chris in services nothing is too much. I've told my friends and family about this place and when I eventually change my car it will be here I shall return to.
I recently had another excellent experience with Nissan Crosby and wanted to leave a review to recognise how helpful and professional the whole team have been, especially John in the service department. Every member of staff I\u2019ve dealt with has always been polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I previously had my car serviced there and the whole process went really smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the service itself was carried out efficiently with no issues at all. More recently, I had a problem with my vehicle after it had been with Stoneacre Sefton Street for nearly a week. I was told the issue had been fixed, however less than 24 hours later the exact same problem happened again. The RAC attended and towed the car back with a report confirming a failed 12-volt battery dead cell. The team at Nissan Crosby were extremely understanding and helpful during what was a very frustrating situation. John in service particular was professional, reassuring, and kept me updated throughout he went above and beyond.He understood the situation and listened to my concerns It really highlighted the difference in customer care and service standards between Lisa the service manager at Stoneacer Sefton Street who refused the car to come back and was the most unpleasant person I\u2019ve dealt with for a long time. Thank you again to John and all the staff at Nissan Crosby for your excellent support and professionalism. It\u2019s very much appreciated and I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend them.
By far the best experience I have ever had buying a car, customer experience was of the highest standard, with a lovely friendly, relaxed and comfortable environment, a very special thank you to Chris who dealt with our purchase, he couldn\u2019t have been more helpful and kind. When we picked the car up it had been fully valeted and looked brand new. Would highly recommend this car dealership, and are really happy with the car, Thanks again Chris take care.
Wow where do I start. This garage is by far the best that I have come across. I have used a few garages in the past but this garage is a cut above the rest. A garage where the customer is at the forefront of everything they do. Their customer service is out of this world, maybe a small independent dealership recognised garage with strong values keeps the customer and makes me return time and time again. I have 100% confidence in this garage and would never used anybody else again. This is the first Nissan I have had and trust me I wish I had tried Nissan earlier. It will take me a lot to sway me from Nissan in the future.
Such a lovely, friendly place. I had a seamless experience from start to finish. Chris in sales was more than fabulous, from the start he was knowledgeable and honest. He was always happy to take a call from me, and answer any questions that I had (which was quite a few!) He had everything organised ready for me when I went to collect my car. My car was in perfect, pristine condition when I collected it, thanks to the \u2018team behind the scene\u2019, they done a brilliant job. Thank you
Fantastic service! Buying a car was a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable salesman, friendly and flexible. Family run garage with excellent after service. Choice of finance options, take the Nissan finance or use your own. The car was in top condition when bought, front tyres changed as the garage will only sell you a vehicle in spot-on condition. Taken on a good test drive before making any decision. Good price paid for our trade-in car. Salesman, Chris, showed us all the car functions on day of pickup so that we were happy with all the intricacies of driver settings etc. In all, Excellent garage and would definitely recommend!
I had a great experience with this dealership, especially with Chris in Sales. The entire process was simple and hassle-free, and I really appreciated dealing with someone who was honest and transparent. I was able to collect my new car just a few days later without any issues.
