Despite being 150 miles away from the dealership they had the car I wanted so I contacted them through the website. From this first enquiry Maddy was incredibly helpful to a point where within 24 hrs I'd paid the deposit and 4 days later travelled down for the car. The car and service recieved have surpassed my expectations and although im 2.5 hrs away I'd definitely trust them for my next car purchase
I recently had my car serviced in Crewe and, unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. Just one day after the service, a warning light appeared indicating too much oil. It was difficult to get the garage to take the car back, and although they eventually corrected it, there was no apology despite the inconvenience and time off work. A few weeks later, my car started leaking oil. Communication was poor. I was promised callbacks that never came, and at one point I was told my details had been lost. When I finally spoke to the service team, they were unhelpful and said I\u2019d have to wait two weeks for an appointment, even though this was clearly an issue caused by their work. I was also told I would be charged \xa3150 if they decided the oil leak wasn\u2019t their responsibility. I took the car to another garage, where they found the oil filter had been left loose not even hand-tight. After paying \xa3600 for the service, this is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this garage.
Crewe Cupra mis-sold me cosmetic and alloy insurance which turned out it wasn't worth the pdf it was printed on when trying to claim for a textbook repair. I was also mis-advised about the EV vehicle tax change, where it supposed to fall to the standard rate, but I've been informed by the DVLA that due to taxing the car prior to April on a direct debit, I will now have to pay the additional rate for another year. Ergo, Cupra Crewe only care about making the sale asap and the upsell - so do not follow their advice!
