Appalling service and experience of using this service centre for my car. We've had countless issues with this place and Audi in general, to the point where any further work to the car is now being done by our local independent. Such a let down from a main dealer and not the experience I expected.
I first used Coventry Audi after recieving poor service from Sytner Audi Leicester and being told an issue on the car was normal operation (the car was applying the emergency brake whem there we no objects in the way). They thoroughly looked into the issue, I went out for a drive with the senior tech and they managed to resolve the issue under warranty whilst providing great service - a special mention for Daniel Jones who went above and beyond. Since then I have moved my business to Coventry Audi for both mine and my wife's car. Service has always been great!
Could not recommend enough Arman Sharifi from Audi. Arman spent hours ensuring I found the perfect car that fit all of the criteria I wished for. Arman was extremely kind, polite, helpful and patient with my family and I, he offered the most impeccable service and even added a bow and teddy to my new car! Arman assisted me throughout the whole journey of purchasing my new car and even made time outside of his shift to ensure all was well with my car before I received it. Genuinely he is a credit to the company and deserves recognition for his hard work, efforts and customer service.
Allan at Coventry Audi has looked after us for years and has always been fantastic. We\u2019ve bought several cars through him, and his honesty, professionalism, and friendly approach keep us coming back. Over the years he\u2019s become a good friend too. Highly recommended :)
We have had two Audi A3's from Listers in the past. Always excellent customer service. From the ladies that greet you on reception to any of the staff we have dealt with. Ricky Smith helped us with the purchase of our New A3. Always keeping me informed and upto date throughout the whole process. Friendly professional and a credit to the company...
Ricky was amazing from start to finish. I contacted him one day and the next I was in the dealership picking a car. He explained everything perfectly and gave us the best advice on which car to go forward with. On the day of collection I had an issue with my car. Within half an hour he had sorted the problem and I was on my way to collect my new Audi. He couldn\u2019t have done enough for us and made the process so easy and stress free.
