I've just purchased a VW Polo from Cosmic Car sales. It was the most pleasant, professional and fun experience I've ever had when buying a used car. I recently bought an Audi A3 from Cosmic Car Sales, and I couldn\u2019t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything felt relaxed and professional. Mark, the salesperson who helped us, was absolutely fantastic. He didn\u2019t pressure us at any point, which made a huge difference. Instead, he took the time to answer all our questions and clearly knew a great deal about not just the Audi A3, but all the cars on site. His knowledge and honesty made us feel really confident in our decision. We were able to take the car for a test drive, and before finalising everything, they even put it through their garage for a check to make sure everything was in perfect condition. On top of that, they gave it a complimentary car wash, which was a really nice touch. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I\u2019d highly recommend Cosmic Car Sales to anyone looking for a car. Great service, great people, and a great car!
Mark and Chris at cosmic cars made this process so simple for me. They answered all my questions and provided me with everything i asked, nothing was hidden. I bought a new shape Import Toyota Alphard. Great Service , Excellent pricing , Exactly as described. Highly Recommended and will use again.
Came down from the midlands today. Was meant to meet with mark but had a family appointment which was absolutely fine and was made aware in advance - he said I would be greeted with Joe. No faff at all\u2026Joe was very pleasant, wasn\u2019t over persuasive / over selling with the vehicle. Allowed me to have my own time to look around the car prior to a test drive. Very nice chatty guy. After the paperwork / insurance etc was sorted I was in my way. Vehicle in stunning condition. Would travel the 2 hours to comeback down here again. Absolute pleasure. Best place you can go to get your car. My first time getting a car today & everyone made me feel so comfortable, answered all questions I had and even helped set up my Bluetooth! I had an amazing experience, very professional. Car was spotless & clean, no faults at all. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable place. Purchased a VW golf.
