I recently purchased a car and couldn\u2019t be happier with both the vehicle and the overall experience. The car itself is fantastic exactly what I was looking for and in great condition. The service was outstanding from start to finish friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. Everything was handled smoothly, and I felt well looked after every step of the way. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended!
I reserved my car online and it did not disappoint. The car was beautifully presented and exceeded my expectations. The sale was easy to complete without any pressure. Special thanks to Bev. I dropped my bank card on the garage forecourt without me noticing, in all the excitement but she contacted me and returned it the next day . I love my new car and it\u2019s a wonderful drive. High recommend using Congleton Autos. They were so accomodating and went above and beyond to provide a great service (the owner even picked me up from the closest station at 8pm and reopened the dealership so that I could pick up the car). New MOT, new tyres, new battery in keys (all things I didn't expect), AND MOST IMPORTANTLY a fantastic car. If it's between this dealer and another, go for this one, you won't regret it. Bought our Audi A6 from Congleton Autos and couldn't be happier with the service. Had the car around a month and its a pleasure to drive. Shwan and the team were very professional and helpful from start to finish, allowed us the time and space to look at the car and make a decision with no pushy sales tactics. I bought a car a week and a half ago and I still can't get enough of it!! The car is in perfect condition and the service was wonderful, the team is very friendly. We were given the opportunity to do a test drive. Driving this car is a pleasure. I will definitely recommend this place!
