Couldn’t be more helpful. Bought an x1 earlier this week after a test drive. Sorted the vent out and went out of their way to drop the car to me during my lunch break in Westbrook. Top notch service would highly recommend

Don't know where my review went but Darren is definitely a dodgy car dealer. Makes Del Boy and boice look like angels. Sold me a 7 series. Was very dodgy. He never told me it had any faults. I spent wayyy more than the car was worth, fixing all the issues and had to sell it for a 5k loss as I was an honest seller unlike Darren. Told trading standards about him and they said many people have complained yet he still trades. Look at reviews people. Darren can sell sand to the arabs, he can talk that much. Never been scammed like this in my life. Dunno how you manage to sleep at night. Dodgy geezer. I NEVER bought the car 6 years ago. Never sold it for a profit. I am NOT a car dealer. I came once then you messaged me and said you had fixed all faults with the car. I took your word on it. Dodgy MOT not to mention. Anyway Darren if need proof of all of this still have the emails I sent you and the invoice you wrote me. Which i can upload on here to prove all the above.

Someone I know got a lovely little classic from here which turned out to be so unsafe! The whole bottom was rotten and filled in with foam and chicken wire to hide the rust from buyers! Trading standards have been contacted yet this dodgy bunch seem to be getting away with it once again! I wouldn't take my car here for a wash, let alone buy a car from here!

I bought a Mercedes from this dealer in April 2021 , started having trouble with the clutch about a month later so went to get it checked out by a mechanic to be told it’s possible clutch and flywheel. I informed Darren of this as after a month a clutch and flywheel don’t just go and the problem would of had to existed at the point of sale. I’m not a mechanic and only test drove the car so wouldn’t of known about this fault when I bought the car. I contacted Darren to tell him about this problem to be told that it seems like the garage that diagnosed the problem wants money out of me , and to claim under the 12 month warranty (that I purchased at time of sale ) if it does need doing Took the car to the RAC approved garage who deals with warranty repairs and he done an initial diagnosis and said possible slave cylinder and bearing , so I booked in the car to be repaired at the RAC garage and when he took the car apart it is indeed clutch and fly wheel which what was originally diagnosed and then to be told that the warranty doesn’t cover this problem ! Work cost me nearly 700 quid to get repaired. Seems the warranty I was sold for an extra 200 quid is useless Aswell . (Was assured the clutch would be covered ) Not to mention now nearly 3 months later I am still waiting for the car logbook and when asked about the logbook I gets told it’s the dvla having whos delayed . This has been a bad experience of a car purchase from start to finish for me and never felt so ripped off ! Still no logbook and a clutch and flywheel that needed repairs not even a couple of months after purchase. I have posted a photo of the sale of the car invoice so he doesn’t try to say that the car wasn’t bought from him. In response to Darren’s reply at complete car sales , may I add that I also had problems with this warranty and originally when the RAC garage phoned the warranty claims , they were told my cover did not exist. I contacted u Darren about this and u had to sort that out also. So not only is there an issue with the car there was also an issue with the warranty cover initially Aswell ! On top of still not having received my logbook. Your response is complete lies and I will screenshot every email I have sent and that u have sent back to me and put it on here . Not one but of abuse was in those emails ! I was informing you of the flywheel /clutch issue, and if anything was actually a little to laid back about this. As The clutch/flywheel doesn’t just go a month, it was clearly an issue with the car when it was sold to me. Stop telling lies and ripping people off as I am going to trading standards now and I will upload a nice screenshot of the response to my last email saying that u would have helped with the cost however after seeing “my spiteful review “ your now not going to “ this is laughable and everything in this review is the truth from Start to finish . U sold me a car with a dodgy clutch/flywheel and palmed it off for the warranty to repair and offered no help from the start. And to top it off the warranty will not cover it. Take responsibility for your appalling service and selling people dodgy cars!!! This man tells lies and this will be proved if he continues to tell lies .
