Be extremely careful with this dealership. My partner and I felt scammed when purchasing a vehicle there. We were looking to buy a good car, and the seller offered us a Hyundai Tucson, assuring us it was in perfect condition and that it had a valid pink slip (certificate). When we asked to see the certificate, he refused, claiming that the mere fact the car had one was proof enough that it was in good condition. We trusted his word, especially since we believed buying from a formal dealership and not from a random person on Facebook Marketplace was secure. That was a serious mistake. After paying $7,000 for the vehicle, within less than 3 month and under 1,000 km driven, the car started showing major issues. We took it to a mechanic, who provided us with a list of repairs totaling another $7,000. To be sure, we consulted two more mechanics, and all three agreed it was impossible for a car to deteriorate that badly in such a short time after receiving a pink slip — meaning the problems were already there when it was sold to us. When we contacted the seller, he completely dismissed our concerns, ignored our messages, and continuously refused to show the pink slip. We are now in the process of filing a legal claim to recover the repair costs, as spending an additional $6,000 on top of a $7,000 purchase completely wiped out our savings. This dealership has no shame, and the whole process feels like a scam and he does not operate honestly. We strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this place, as you will not get a reliable vehicle or transparent service here.

This is a true review I have proof of sale. Untrue comment from car sales. Bought a car in January from Shaun and had nothing but trouble, was back and forth for weeks and never fully rectified Still to this day I'm having issues. I've now been told by another garage that it may have been in an accident I'm now waiting for the other garage to go through it. Wish I had never part ex my old car. Wished I'd bought from somewhere else. Car sales stating this is fake review which it is not. I have proof of sale. It is a DS3 we purchased and put our fiesta in as part ex.

Bad experience bought a car from Shaun that was for my daughter’s 18th birthday. After only a week and only being driven round the block from my parents house it was making an awful noise. Took it to my own garage the back box had a hole in it that has been pasted up! And then from further checks to the car it was completely corroded underneath and was covered up and the two front shock absorbers needed replacing. They said it was dangerous to drive and should not have passed its MOT. I’ve been extremely upset by this as if I hadn’t looked into it I dread to think What could have happened. I’ve finally got my money back.
