Bought a Nissan Juke from here. I had issues with the finance company which they helped me with and made it super less stressful. The car is brilliant. They put it through its MOT and fixed not only the fault but the advisorys. They were great! Thanks for everything!

Awful service. Bought a car on the promise of locking wheel nuts getting sorted and a proof of service being given. Took a lot of chasing over months and months whilst I drove a car that wheels couldn’t be removed if needed. Eventually they just took the nuts off rather than supplying locking ones and never supplied proof of service. The car then failed mot due to the locking nuts not being on.

I recently bought a car from Coleshill Car Sales and I honestly could not be happier. Customer service was fantastic and the staff were not pushy at all which was very refreshing. 2 weeks into my new car and everything is spot on. Would highly recommend.

John was fantastic to deal with. I was able to view the car quickly, and he wasn’t the usual pushy sales type – just straightforward and helpful. He’s really easy to contact and deal with, both in person and over the phone. Everything was sorted out fast, with a fresh MOT put on for me. The car was in great condition, but I soon realised the aircon wasn’t working and the warranty wouldn’t cover it. As soon as I rang John, he came up with solutions and had it fixed for me as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service and a great car – highly recommend.

Bought a car this week, these guys have been fantastic. From initial contact to handover it was seamless. I usually only buy from main dealers so was nervous at first from breaking from the norm but I should never of been worried. I am totally happy with my car and would not hesitate to use these guys again

Uncomplicated and relaxed customer service. Zero pressure to buy a car and was given loads of time to look over the vehicle. All work that was agreed to be done was completed so all in all a great experience for me. 5 stars
