I recently purchased a car from here and couldn’t recommend them more. The staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel pushed into anything which I have felt at previous garages. They listened to what I was after and gave brilliant customer service. Unfortunately one cannot leave a -5 star review. Martin was downright rude and pushy over email stating "We are note quite sure why you made the enquiry...?!!" - just because my husband didn't reply to Martin's email at 10pm after telling him we would let him know when we would make an appointment. My husband also enquired about a vehicle, was told that we could go through and view, when we got there we were told it had already been sold during the week. How this dealership makes money is a mystery. They don't know how to speak to customers and their pre-sales service is so poor, I don't want to imagine their aftersales service! Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I’ve recently purchased my daughter‘s first car from Martin and all I can say is what a fantastic help he was. We got her car sorted easily and he helped us tax it while we were there making sure she was comfortable with every aspect of the car before we left. Thanks Greg and Martin.

Over the moon with my new car. This is the second car I’ve bought from these guys and they’re now searching for my daughter. I recently bought my first car from Martin and I could not fault the customer service at all. Once booking in for a viewing Martin gave the car a full MOT and ensured that it passed with no advisories. The communication throughout this whole process was amazing. I absolutely love my new car and would definitely recommend Cloverlay Car Sales Limited. A massive thank you to Martin and Gregg.

Excellent team, bought my first car from Gregg who was happy and friendly and advised me of my options. He threw in an MOT with the purchase, which did initially fail however he was very apologetic and paid for the full fix of the broken wheel and continued to apologise for the issue. Everything was repaired within 10 working days, and I’ve now been driving it for almost 2 months without issues. I recommend Cloverlay car sales if you’re a new driver with a slightly higher budget as they sell premium small second hand cars. Thanks again Gregg, I’m sure I’ll be back for my next one!!

would give 0 star if I could. Bought my first car from Martin on the 6th September. Car looked ok, was assured the painted over sections were cosmetic. Car started showing huge signs of rust so I took it to Halfords today. They have reported back that it is unsafe to drive, the underneath has holes in it and has been repaired with wood. Myself and the lady from halfords spoke to Martin about this and he is taking 0 responsibility saying it is not unsafe until it fails MOT and that its not up to him as the seller to make sure the cars are in good condition. He told the lady in Halfords that the shop DO NOT check the cars for safety before they are sold.
