Absolutely exceptional service. It’s rare to find someone with as high as level of customer care as Jonathon. I was very happy with the whole process of buying from Clogau motors but unfortunately my truck did develop a fault after purchase which there was no way anyone could have known about. Jonathon went above and beyond to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible with absolutely minimal inconvenience to me. It has been such a relief having this peace of mind that I would be looked after. Would definitely buy here again and highly recommend.

This business deserves 10 stars. Excellent service. Very pleased with the car I purchased. Johnathan the owner gave good old fashioned customer service (rare in this day and age) I would have no hesitation to use the company again when I need to replace my current purchase. I don't do Google reviews normally but for Clogau motors I have made an exception.

Jonathan went above and beyond to help me buy my van. It was exactly as described in the advert. I travelled along way by train keeping him informed and he picked me up from the train station in the car I was buying so I could test drive it. I was so grateful that he was willing to hold the car for me for two days so I could make arrangements to travel from Plymouth by train to view it. (\xa360 by train) I was made a cup of tea on arrival at the garage and he left me alone to make a decision on the vehicle with no pressure. He was always on hand if I had a question and demonstrated how the seats went up and down in the van etc. Once I had bought the vehicle he got it taxed for me so I could drive it away there and then. I paid by bank transfer which was straight forward. The drive back to Plymouth was a breeze. He did have some other lovely vans on his forecourt but I was determined to get the Ford Tourneo. If you want a nice van then be prepared to travel to this garage. You won’t be disappointed. Many thanks. Dave W

One of the very best buying experiences I have had in over forty years of driving. Jonathan is a genuine, honest guy who tells it as it is, no sales gimmicks just great cars well prepared. Not surprised that he is really busy, long may he continue to provide great service I'll certainly be back when looking for another vehicle
