Review Clacton Car Sales Ltd 5 Stars Recent purchase of used Smart Car from CCS We visited CCS and met Paul who was very helpful. He listened to what we had to say about the type of car we were looking for. Unlike the local main dealers I felt that Paul really listened to and understood our needs. He found the perfect car for us and it was in fantastic condition. Nothing was too much trouble and the included RAC warranty was a real bonus. We were also happy with the part exchange deal we got for our old car. Anna on reception was very kind, polite and courteous, helping us all the way through the purchase process. She answered any question we had and was very knowledgeable. It was nice to be able to deal with a local company and it really felt like we were dealing with a friendly local family business. Got my car in March easy to do business with needed few things done which you wouldn't know till driving around all day nothing to much trouble quick phone call and it was booked in for mechanic to look at it . Sales is easy quick not pushy . And after sales is just as good if you need to call them .will recommend to anyone and will keep there garage sticker on the car for a long time to promote them .
