What a disappointment. I went there to see what seemed to be a lovely 2012 Ford Fiesta. Car was parked at the entrance. I looked like it had been valeted. Fair enough. I opened the driver's door. Oh my!!! A smell of what I thought was air freshener. It was so strong, I could hardly breath. Even when I finish to inspect the car, a good 45 mins latter, the smell was super strong. Why would you spray so much chemicals if there was nothing to hide, like dampness, oil or anything else??? The engine was warm. I could smell the heat coming from the engine block. The dealer told me "I had to move it from the back of the garage, that's why" ... I don't think so. I don't think you moved a good 10 to 15 cars out, to get to the fiesta, and moved these cars back in. I think you started the engine and let it run for a a good 15 mins to hide cold start issues. The dealer wanted me to take at face value that oh yeah, it's a 14 year old car which had 2 owners, so the timming belt must have been done!!! And the oil was so black, I couldn't believe it. I didn't feel safe taking a test drive in that car.
Visited CJS for the first time last week (Sat 1 Nov \u201925) and spoke with Alan who was welcoming and friendly, then happy to allow us to browse the cars at our leisure. One caught our eye, and there were no issues with taking it for an immediate test drive. On return, we told Alan we were interested, and he was happy to answer our questions, explaining the deposit reserve system etc but at no time was there any pressure or \u2018hard sell\u2019 tactics. Later that evening we placed deposit online and received immediate confirmation of payment made. We explained that it would be Sat 8 Nov before we could collect the car & pay balance, and this was not a problem. Picked up the fully valeted car from Alan yesterday morning, who had all keys/paperwork ready to sign etc and again explained everything clearly. As I say, first dealings with CJS, and would be more than happy to recommend the company based on the hassle free, friendly service Alan provided throughout
I had a great experience buying my car here. The staff were very friendly , not pushy and patient with my multiple questions. The other members of staff I spoke to were also very nice and helpful. The whole process was very easy and the communication was great, I was kept in the loop at all times. I would go here again in the future. Thank you !

I bought a Hyundai from this dealership. Everything seemed fine, but on the way home, the car started pulling to the right. I fixed it. But after two weeks, the power steering pump and water cooler failed. In June, I had to replace the clutch because it broke on the way to work. And in July, the timing chain failed, not to mention the damaged rear suspension.
