Visited CJS for the first time last week (Sat 1 Nov \u201925) and spoke with Alan who was welcoming and friendly, then happy to allow us to browse the cars at our leisure. One caught our eye, and there were no issues with taking it for an immediate test drive. On return, we told Alan we were interested, and he was happy to answer our questions, explaining the deposit reserve system etc but at no time was there any pressure or \u2018hard sell\u2019 tactics. Later that evening we placed deposit online and received immediate confirmation of payment made. We explained that it would be Sat 8 Nov before we could collect the car & pay balance, and this was not a problem. Picked up the fully valeted car from Alan yesterday morning, who had all keys/paperwork ready to sign etc and again explained everything clearly. As I say, first dealings with CJS, and would be more than happy to recommend the company based on the hassle free, friendly service Alan provided throughout
I had a great experience buying my car here. The staff were very friendly , not pushy and patient with my multiple questions. The other members of staff I spoke to were also very nice and helpful. The whole process was very easy and the communication was great, I was kept in the loop at all times. I would go here again in the future. Thank you !
We recently purchased a brand Car with Alan as our daughter\u2019s first car. He has been amazing from start to finish. Very attentive and looking into everything for us. Very professional and friendly. We 100% recommend to friends and family and we will definitely be back to see Alan when we are looking for our own car.

Alan was great from start to finish. He let us take our time to check over the car and took our feedback on board then actioned the next steps. We left with my new car quickly enough and I couldn\u2019t fault the service. Alan was very knowledgeable he was able to answer every question I asked. We walked away thinking we most definitely use this service again which is thanks to Alan. He had a warm tone to his customer service which is exactly what you appreciate when you\u2019re making a large purchase. The placs also had an overall nice feel to it! Looked very clean and all staff were sharply dressed.
Just wanted to put a review on as I am delighted with my new car the salesman at CJS Vehicle Sales was fantastic and really went out his way to get the best deal for me. He was great at explaining the process and kept me really well informed regarding my purchase. Once again many thanks I\u2019m so happy with my new car.
