Worst experience i had buying a vehicle, didnt fix the problem before I picked the vehicle up. Then had it sat there for nearly 2 weeks without fixing it, probably due to the cost issue. Had to get my money back, pretending not to be in the office & we had to chase them to get a response. Very poor conduct. Just get on the dog & bone Kieran said when I took the van away. The engine management light came straight on. What a bad experience to say the least.
Super happy that I meet this company. From start to finish was a absolute pleasure. I never felt pressured once and they helped me with putting a new camkit on my vehicle before it was delivered by kieron himself. Thankyou kieron for your help in purchasing this amazing car.
If I could put a zero star rating I would as this firm are proper cowboys. I went and looked at a c class Mercedes and it looked okay on celluloid it drove okay. I made comments about the noise of the engine which the salesman offered to give me a years warranty to cover the engine. Took it for a test drive and there was this annoying noise coming from the dash constantly. I mentioned it to the salesman who said it was the leather and plastic of the dash due to having sat for a while and would disappear. It did not lessen. Asked to put the roof down. It looked okay when down but, Noticed the back seat drivers lip of the folding convertible did not sit flush. The reason I believe you buy a soft top is it\u2019s seamless look. Nonetheless I put a five hundred pound deposit on it. In essence I would have been paying 15,000 for the car. I should have known by its perished front tyre and scuffed rims , which the salesman agreed to to sort out, that it hadn\u2019t been looked after. On reflection I decided not go ahead with the purchase and asked for my money back which I believe he was expecting from my conversation on the phone with him. I suppose I\u2019ve lost \xa3500 in cold blood for a deposit and am aggrieved. I am quite sure I\u2019m not the only person who has experienced their rat like fake pleased to help you manner and put a deposit down and having thought about it what they are getting thought better of it!!! Be warned
