Great experience buying from Jordan and the team at CJS Autos. From finding the car online through the AA to calling up and agreeing a viewing, through to payment and collection, things were smooth, human and no-nonsense.

If I could put a zero star rating I would as this firm are proper cowboys. I went and looked at a c class Mercedes and it looked okay on celluloid it drove okay. I made comments about the noise of the engine which the salesman offered to give me a years warranty to cover the engine. Took it for a test drive and there was this annoying noise coming from the dash constantly. I mentioned it to the salesman who said it was the leather and plastic of the dash due to having sat for a while and would disappear. It did not lessen. Asked to put the roof down. It looked okay when down but, Noticed the back seat drivers lip of the folding convertible did not sit flush. The reason I believe you buy a soft top is it’s seamless look. Nonetheless I put a five hundred pound deposit on it. In essence I would have been paying 15,000 for the car. I should have known by its perished front tyre and scuffed rims , which the salesman agreed to to sort out, that it hadn’t been looked after. On reflection I decided not go ahead with the purchase and asked for my money back which I believe he was expecting from my conversation on the phone with him. I suppose I’ve lost \xa3500 in cold blood for a deposit and am aggrieved. I am quite sure I’m not the only person who has experienced their rat like fake pleased to help you manner and put a deposit down and having thought about it what they are getting thought better of it!!! Be warned

Was recommended to use CJS auto's by friends....we both live over an hour away so lots of car dealerships passed in-between! Lots of cars to choose from, great friendly guys to deal with.Keiran and Jordan were totally open, and no pressure sales, all my questions answered.There were a few little bits that needed doing on the car that I wanted, no hesitation to fix and get checked.Turnaround for this was really speedy and was kept informed all the way. Will defo use again. And more importantly, reccomend. Thanks guys Jo

We recently part exchanged a Kia Creed for a Range Rover Evoque. Very helpful friendly staff and an easy pleasant experience. We then had a problem with all the cameras and parking sensors but with no hassled plenty of smiles Kieran and Jordan sorted everything out. Thank you very much for our super new vehicle! A great team and fully recommend them, would certainly return if we wanted another vehicle!

50/50. I had the hard sell by an elderly chap at CJS. This put me off buying then and there, so I left. I did like the car though, so I ended up buying it at a later date. It had a minor fault (small oil leak when parked up) which I noticed within a few days. They first tried to tell me to take it elsewhere to be fixed which was a bit worrying, however they did then take it back and fix it after I pushed a bit. My dash cam was left on by mistake, they picked up one of there mates, and drove him to 20 miles into Gloucester, then returned. This was very cheeky and not a test drive. The car has been fine since then, hence 3 stars and not lower.
