I had an absolutely fantastic experience with City Motors! Last month, I purchased a Mercedes C200, and I couldn\u2019t be happier. The car was absolutely perfect, exactly as described. James, the salesman, was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The aftercare has been top-notch as well. I highly recommend City Motors for anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I had to return my vehicle through a third-party finance company due to multiple serious issues and a complete lack of responsibility from this dealer. Firstly, I never received the V5/log book. After 6 weeks, I contacted the dealer, only to be told it had been sent. However, the DVLA confirmed they had not received any V62 form from the dealer. I was forced to pay \xa325 out of my own pocket to obtain a replacement log book. After just two weeks, the engine management light came on. Diagnostic checks showed a faulty engine sensor. I contacted the dealer, who immediately refused responsibility, claiming it was \u201cnot a mechanical engine part\u201d and refused to inspect or repair the vehicle. I then spent \xa3242 on two separate diagnostic reports from independent garages, including Mercedes-Benz themselves. These confirmed that the Knox sensor had been removed and coded out, seemingly to avoid repair costs or to bypass the vehicle\u2019s AdBlue system. Despite this evidence, the dealer flatly refused to repair the car. I had no choice but to raise a formal complaint with the finance company in line with my legal rights. It took four months of pressure from the finance company to secure a refund. Throughout this time, the dealer repeatedly attempted to avoid accepting the return. Even then, I did not receive a full refund of the vehicle\u2019s purchase price. In all honesty, this garage has no interest in customer aftercare or complying with consumer rights. Vehicles are clearly not checked properly before sale, despite claims to the contrary in their advertising. My advice is simple: avoid this garage at all costs. Very unprofessional behaviour and extremely poor standards. Cowboys.
Just bought a mercedes B class from here and my partner bought an Audi and we are very pleased with them and the cars are all quality here and very clean and very good condition. The staff are lovely especially James who will give you the keys to the car and leaxe you to look on your own so very relaxed and no pressure to buy..Also he loves to keep you in coffee lol..Fully recommended and always so busy so that should tell you something!!
