I can't thank Tom and Gary enough for a patient, informative, no pressure, stress-free sale. Tom answered my questions over the phone and provided a 15 min video showing the condition of the car I was inquiring about, along with a couple of others which could 'tick the boxes' so I could establish if I wanted to travel 3.5 hours on public transport to view any of them. I was collected from the train station, encourage to test drive more than one car & all my questions were answered. When I asked if I could have a 2nd test drive in one of the cars which could include a dual carriageway to see what it was like at 70mph, they were only too happy to accommodate me. Tom went through all the paperwork & sorted out the road tax & android auto for me so I could drive the Picanto home safely the same afternoon \U0001f601 From start to finish it was a top notch 5* service, and I would recommend them to everyone. All the cars I viewed were fantastic & both Tom and Gary clearly care about the customer experience.
Recently purchased a van from Tom.\xa0 Throughout the process he was most helpful and very professional.\xa0 Unfortunately the van developed a fault and this is where Tom excelled.\xa0 In dealing with and rectifying the problem his after sales customer service was outstanding.\xa0 Tom went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved and I would recommend him to anyone buying a vehicle.\xa0 Thank you so much for everything you did. I needed to find a new car quickly. Found some, local to me on Gumtree and realised CLA was very close, so popped round on the spur of the moment. I explained to Tom what I was looking for. He showed me a Yaris which had just come in. It was exactly the kind of car I was hoping to find. We sealed the deal, he sent it off for MOT & a few new parts, and a did a valet on it and a week later I part-ex'd my car with him. He took care of all of that side too: a huge relief to me. He sent me photos, messages, a link to Yaris a review and just made me feel like a valued customer. Such service is rare nowadays, but I was convinced of the quality by all the reviews here, that CLA is the real deal. Great company to deal with, friendly, professional, local independent. I recently purchased a large van from this company. First class service from the very beginning, Tom and the team have been so helpful. If you are looking for a vehicle then Church Lane Auto's Ltd is the only place you will need. I cannot recommend this business enough. The knowledge these guys have when it comes to buying a vehicle is 1st class. Their before, during and after sales commitment to ensuring you are a very happy customer is not normally expected (judging from previous experiences from other Auto Sales Companies). My parents recently bought a Toyota Corolla from Church Lane Autos, Tom has been fantastic throughout. He sent over a walkthrough video when my dad initially enquired about the car and spent plenty of time going over the car when they came to view. Additionally due to them quickly needing a car for going on an already booked holiday, Tom got it ready for them to take on the day, but additionally has had the car back at a later date for further work as part of the sale (undersealing etc). A pleasure to deal with and great customer service.
We have just brought the most amazing Chrysler Grand Voyager from Tom, you won\u2019t believe the care given to the buyer, every question answered, every video made, every worry put to ease. The whole buying process was made super relaxed in a professional manner. The finish of the car is second to known, the car is 2011 plate but you would think it was 2021, it\u2019s that good. Tom went beyond with finishing touches and building the package. With delivery, the driver was extremely knowledgeable about the cars history, made sure we were really happy before we signed. Really we are blown away but the service and professionalism of Tom and his team. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy again from Church Lane Autos
