Left car at Vauxhall Ormskirk to have small jobs done While there saw Matthew Pheasant about possibly part exchange. He listened to what I wanted, arranged everything and handed me over to Sales Assistant Mark King, Finance and delivery was arranged and I am know waiting to finalise the paperwork. Everything went well,no problems at anytime.
I purchased a BRAND NEW car less than 2 years ago. I was told “don’t worry MG is reliable these days and it’s has a 7year warranty” since purchasing my car has not started on 17 occasions. Oil leak twice. Locked me and my daughter in the car once. All apparently not covered on warranty and they will come and “smash my window but I will have to pay for the replacement window. The tracking has had to be repaired and there have been brake faults 3 times. Each time the car goes in they say they can’t find anything wrong with it or on the rare occasion they find something and it’s not covered. The aftercare is shocking and the staff do not have any care for you once they have your money. Avoid MG at all costs and avoid these dealership for any car. Their standards for looking after their customers are on the floor!
Hi Just thought I would write a review of the service I received from Chorley Nissan Wigan, I was assisted with the purchase of my Nissan juke by Tom Shuttleworth, I would just like to highlight how helpful and professional he was in assisting me with my purchase, a friendly, genuine guy and a credit to this dealership, would definitely recommend friends to contact him if in the market for a new car, 5 stars Tom👍
Car went in on Friday last week for a service, all ok but needs new brake pads. Nearly fainted at the quote of over £1000 for front n rear pads. Rang today for a breakdown, the girl in service was so rude and sarcastic. Evidently made a mistake and priced pads and discs, how convenient??? Some poor naive driver may well have stumped up the lot. Check any quotes for work, I won't be back n I'll book the next service with a different Nissan dealer.
I bought a new car last Friday after test driving a demonstrator. Unfortunately the car I bought turned out to have EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE PASSENGER SEATS. Totally different to the demonstrator. So bad my wife cannot sit on it! I contacted the dealership but they wouldn’t help. All they would do was offer a part-exchange at a loss to me of £10,000. UPDATE They replied to my review this morning. Although nothing has changed I have managed to find an after market solution to my problem. I have found a cushion set which seems to work. I cannot emphasise enough, though, that to avoid this problem a buyer should insist on checking the actual car one is buying because. from my experience, it is highly unlikely to match the demonstrator. Thanks Chorley customer services for getting back to me so quickly.
