Nissan Blackpool I Was given awful customer service by salesman Mr John Taylor and his other colleagues muppets and mostly ignored by Paul Gaskell and Adam turner, Wrong car given it was another customers car, Wrong number plates put on my car which is illegal No sorry 😞 whatsoever Very distressed situation very unhappy service customer care by Paul Gaskell was disappointing he told me Given the circumstances and the unfortunate lack of trust you now have dealing with John and Chorley Group, its probably best we draw this to a close and you place an order for a second car elsewhere. what a company completely unacceptable customer service and what a terrible customer care and customer support staff awful here and management Adam turner does not reply to any emails, avoid at all costs please 🙏 the company Chorley are the worse car company I have ever encountered buying a car, they have no business sense whatsoever, please 🙏 avoid this company please I have now purchased my car from a fantastic company,
Excellent service received by Chorley Group Nissan Preston. From start to finish our experience was top notch. No pressure whatsoever to buy anything you didn't want. Emily assisted us for all our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Very professional in every way, as well as being very patient with me when I found things a bit over my head. We received a very fair price for our car & the car we purchased represented excellent value for money. Emily instructed us & directed us very thoroughly throughout the collection of our new vehicle & nothing was too much trouble for her. Overall a very satisfying experience with CGNP & we look forward to returning when required for service, mot etc. Thanxalot Emily.
I have been looking for a new car for my husband for a while I’m a massive Kia fan and just not found the car that fitted him in size and budget. By fluke we went to ormskirk branch (was never a big fan from a bad experience when it was 06vauxhall). Saw a car that had just been part exed so within 5 minutes of it being handed over we test drove it and had it reserved. We did continue looking but found nothing to compare so David Gore sorted everything swiftly and went the extra mile by sorting the alloys and even new number plates on it. My husband went to drop his car off a day earlier than he should as he’s impatient and David as he was so well organised had the car ready (luckily) and my husband was able to bring it home instead of a lovely walk home. Throughout David and Trevor have been great kind caring and a bloody good laugh can’t relate them high enough! Cherry on the top would have been a lifetime of free valets but you can’t have everything ! Thanks again guys one happy husband
This was our first experience of the Chorley Group Blackpool. We introduced ourselves to Sean Black who picked up on every small detail we mentioned .Sean made the whole experience a pleasure he is a true professional and great to work with . our experience was second to none
Just had a fabulous experience with Chorley Group Wigan branch. Spitted a car I fancied on line, on line chat agent aryan was really helpful and within minute I was contacted directly by the sales manager Lee who confirmed the car was available. I was then contacted by Tom the Sales Executive who invited me to come and view the car. I visited the same day, Tom was great and easy to deal with , he inspected my car - gave me a fair price and we agreed the deal. I returned the next day to complete the deal and pick the car up - the car was fully checked, valued and ready to go. Tom even sorted my car tax on line for me. Overall great experience, young Tom is a credit to the business - would highly recommend 👏👏👏
