Drove over from Wigan to view car. Wouldn\u2019t talk about car until made me a cup of coffee and to relax. The car was actually better than advertised and had no qualms whatsoever in buying it there and then. I would not hesitate in recommending CHL to anyone looking for a good quality vehicle at an honest price .
Ive now bought my 3rd car from Mel at CHL. This one is another Jaguar, a XK to be precise. Dont know where he sources these from but my cars have all been excellent at a decent price, with excellent customer service. The fact I've bought 3 cars says it all. I bought a Jaguar XJ premium Sport from Mel at CHL Cars. During the test drive all the little issues I noted he promised to fix which he did. I was also due an operation so he delivered the car to our house. After about 2 weeks a fault was identified on the air suspension, Mel took the car in straight away and fixed the problem. Excellent service, couldn't ask for more. I have already recommended Mel to my friends for when they change their cars.
CHL cars are a really great company, having a good selection of cars available. This was the second time we have bought a car from them and each time the customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We are pleased with the car and we would highly recommend CHL cars. Thanks.
Bought a Jaguar XJ. The price was more than fair to begin with, and additional jobs, paint scuffs, alloys etc., were carried out to a high standard before delivery. The car was delivered to my home (100 miles away) on a Sunday, which was very much appreciated. Throughout the purchase and pre-purchase process, communication was excellent; as was the after-purchase assistance (a glitch with the central locking, which turned out to be caused by an error on my part). The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish; the car is beautiful and exactly as described. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.
I saw a car advertisement on eBay. My friend first contacted Akbar on WhatsApp for me and kept in touch. The day we met at the car shop was a holiday. I was late because of work. He said that there was no problem and would wait for me to come. We would be treated warmly. I think the vehicle I bought was a reasonable price in the market, although there was a small problem with the machine parts when I drove back to Birmingham. When I got home, Akbar contacted me and I knew that everything was fine. He also said that he could help follow up with the small problem of the machine.
Amazing customer service. Ali talked me through the whole process and gave me some pointers on looking after my car as it is my first. Called me to see if I got home safe and said he would help me if I needed it later on with the car. I would recommend buying from this garage as it felt like the definition of customer service and you will not be disappointed.
My other half has looked all over for a Toyota urban cruiser and this Garage had the best, cleanest and most well looked after example around! The guys at the garage were amazing from start to finish. Super patient, honest and really good value! We even had an issue with our bank transferring money and they were so calm and patient with it (moral of the story, bring Cash!) 10/10 would definitely buy from these guys again!! \u2b50\ufe0f\u2b50\ufe0f\u2b50\ufe0f\u2b50\ufe0f\u2b50\ufe0f
