Following a glowing recommendation from a family member,I got in touch with this dealership and the customer service was brilliant. The staff were excellent—helpful, supportive, and kept me fully informed throughout the process. They prepared the car perfectly (fresh service and MOT) and had it ready for collection within days. What really stood out was the extra effort, like picking me up from the train station. After previous disappointments car searching, this team has completely restored my faith in businesses like this. I cannot recommend them highly enough to friends and family 👍

Great experience with this garage. The owner searched for cars for my daughter and bought a couple in for us to view. We didn't buy anything on this occasion they where all a bit too nice (and so out of our budget) so we bought privately but I cannot fault how helpful the owner was. I hope to do business sometime in the future and will certainly be the first place I try when I'm looking for something another car.

Cannot fault the service from Ali at CHL. He was honest, engaging and willing to go the extra mile (literally!). I needed a replacement car and chose a 2019 EV. It drove well and I paid my deposit. Ali kept in touch and we arranged a pick up - he even collected me from the bus station. Open, honest and reliable. What more could you want from a used car dealer? Recommended!

Got a new car from this dealership. I called in requesting to look at the car I bought though I forgot to confirm the date and hour, they called me back to ask if I still wanted to see the vehicle as there was other people who wanted to buy it off however I’ve managed to confirm it for next day. Next day I arrived I was welcomed 8! Service was great far from what I was expecting. They ensure you full support if you need any help with the vehicle you buy and they explain in full about the vehicle you buy. Definitely recommend

Recently bought a car, spoke for a few days over WhatsApp getting more and more information and videos of the car, went to view it, the service was brilliant. Was able to take the car on test drive and decided then and there to buy, great place to buy a car from! Definitely would recommend!
