I had a great experience buying my previous car from Cupra Gloucester, which encouraged me to return there for my most recent purchase. Unfortunately, the aftercare experience hasn’t been as positive this time. I’ve had a couple of minor issues/ questions, but I’ve struggled to get a response from the sales person , whether by email or phone, to help resolve them.
I would like to give a shout out to Bath Audi for their exceptional customer care yesterday when dealing with my granddaughter's TT. Chloe welcomed me with an attentive smile and listened to my plight. All sorted and car ready with a phone call. Chloe explained everything on hand over. Just excellent service well done.
I’ve been coming to Capitol Volkswagen Merthyr Tydfil for years, and this visit was no different in terms of how comfortable I felt. The showroom has a welcoming atmosphere, and there was no pressure during the process. The salesperson listened carefully to my circumstances and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s always a pleasant experience walking through those doors.
Dreadful after sale service. I spent over £100k with this lot. Shocking service well actually no servicing as they didn't have any oil for 6 months! Cancelled me twice. Eventually it turns up with a small problem under warranty and they refuse to sort the problems as we had to get it serviced elsewhere. Embarrassing. £100k car and never going to drive Audi again. Do not use this company you will regret it. Still awaiting their complaint procedure. Off to Audi head office now.
I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Capitol Volkswagen in Merthyr Tydfil and was very pleased with the process. Justin was a pleasure to deal with, making everything straightforward and stress-free. He came across as approachable and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier. The Golf itself has been great so far. It’s smooth to drive, handles nicely on longer trips, and feels solid on the road. Picking it up was simple, and everything was ready as expected. I’m happy with both the car and how things were handled at the dealership.
Took the garage 3 weeks to repair my vehicle and communication form the service team was slow and lacklustre. Given the total cost of the job the least they could have done was given the car a decent amount of charge (atleast enough for me to get home!) as well as complete the courtesy clean that they offered.
Rhiannon was very helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly. She guided us through the options and helped us choose the right car without making us feel rushed or pressured. She provided plenty of information, which made the process much easier to understand. We appreciated her patience and approach throughout.
I was initially unsure about which model would suit me best, but the team at Mon Motors Volkswagen Weston-super-Mare really helped guide me through the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure they understood what I needed from a car. In the end, they matched me with a Volkswagen Golf that fits my requirements well. Kyle was particularly friendly and attentive throughout, which made things easier.
