I bought a BMW M2 Competition, the buying process was easy, deposit left and told car would be prepared ready to collect. The finance was paid out the day I left the deposit so I have ended up paying for 2 weeks where I didn't actually have the car, and I've also received zero finance documents which is strange. I collected the car and seemed okay apart from a few small issues I was willing to overlook, the spare key didn't work, the emissions service light was on, washer fluid was completely empty for the drive home and there was a red brake fluid warning. The car was also due a service and it was stated on the advert that the car was serviced by CMS as part of the pre sales inspection. It has not been serviced since 2024 so after spending \xa331500 on a vehicle I now have to get it serviced. The main reason I am writing this review is I was driving the car and the brake fluid boiled over and I lost all brakes to the car and nearly crashed it. I text the garage who basically just said "Get the brakes fixed". I feel like I've been completely fobbed off after purchasing this car, the guy said he'd text me with a solution from "the boss" who is apparently off work every day. I am usually very easily pleased and willing to overlook most things but I feel this is not only extremely dangerous but not what I should expect from a garage with such good previous reviews and a garage selling performance cars. I shouldn't have to be spending hundreds of pounds to have a car serviced and fixed less than a week after purchasing it and a car of this caliber should not be sent out with multiple warning lights on the dash. I feel like this could have all been rectified the day I text about it and I'd have been happy but they don't seem to care once the cars gone out.
Bought a fiesta st off these guys service was amazing was struggling to get finance and these guys got me approved gave me really good money on my part ex aswell really friendly guys car came with extremely good service history and really clean car 10/10 definitely buting from these guys again
