Excellent Service and Quality Cars! It has been an absolute pleasure to purchase a car from Cedar Specialist Cars! We chose this garage as a result of their excellent reviews and excellent and swift customer service from Gareth. We live on the Isle of Wight so viewing the car beforehand was not possible. Gareth could not have been more helpful, and very importantly, very honest about the car and it is exactly as he described. We also bought a three year warranty, which we thought was very good value, and knowing Gareth will help us should we need to make use of this warranty is extremely reassuring. On the day of collection, there was a little hiccup; however, Gareth resolved this immediately. We are delighted with the car and we will definitely use Cedar for a future purchase. Sadly I had to sold my car I bought from cedar after 4 months. Number of faults come up was unbelievable and even if I could afford them it will be pointless compare to the value of the car. I bought this car online with delivery service but because of the „award winning” and pristine condition described I expect a mint car. It was far away from what I know as mint condition. Plenty cosmetics as dents, scratches and welded alloys to the damaged interior decors and leather. We want to return the car when arrived but we were end up with some refund agreed with seller of course but it wasn’t even 20% of what we were pay after. We are lost about 5k on this deal!! Guys been professional need to say and offer some money back at the beginning to help fix some problems I spotted when car was delivered however amount of faults come up after that was something I never seen before. It’s a lesson for us to not believe any gold seller titles and not buy car without previous inspection in garage anymore.

Before I bought the car from Cedar Specialist Cars, I’d been looking for a few months and was not enjoying the experience of buying a new car at all. I’d test driven a few different model variants of the Golf GTI and finally decided I wanted the Mk8 GTI Clubsport. I found this car very reasonably priced and with an exemplary history. Although, higher mileage than previous cars I’d looked at that, the condition was one of the best I’d seen. I dealt with Gareth on the sales team and from the first phone call I knew this buying experience was going to be so much easier. He really couldn’t do enough for me; his honesty and openness about the car was a great relief. I felt like I could really trust him. I never felt pressured to make a decision either. Not only was the buying experience fantastic but the selling experience was superb too. I part exchanged my Vauxhall Corsa with zero hassle and was offered by far the best price for it even with its wear and tear! The cherry on top was really the offer to deliver the car and take the Corsa at the same time to save me a 5 hour round trip during a very busy week. I can’t really find fault. Thank you Gareth and the Team.
