Helpful when you’re at the dealership but would never buy from here again. Communication is poor, only had the car since August and caused me nothing but issues. Texts and calls get ignored, have had to take it to garage on 3 separate occasions since purchasing. Do not buy from here.

Purchased a freelander car from Joe recently and the service from start to finish was amazing. No pressure to buy, excellent knowledge of the car we liked and went the extra mile with our tow bar we needed for caravaning replaced the original for a new one with 13 pin plug at no extra cost. Bonus aswell he ordered us some car mats free of charge. Thanks Joe we look forward to many trips in the caravan

Buying a used vehicle feels a little daunting. Having searched for months, I came across the right vehicle with Joe at CC Trading. Not living nearby, I travelled for 2 hours to come and view the car. Joe was extremely welcoming and really easy to talk to. Joe allowed me to test drive the car and placed no pressure on me what so ever to purchase the vehicle. But whats really worth mentioning here is the after sales service. A couple of things needed attention under the warranty and they were resolved in timely fashion with minimal fuss to me and that speaks volume about the service I received and I think its important to point this out as a key point of my review here. I would highly recommend Joe at CC Trading for a used car. The whole experience for me was a really positive one.

I would happily recommend CC Trading. From the first contact to collecting my new car (BMW X1) Joe made us feel completely at ease. Polite, courteous, and easy to chat to. But best of all, he put zero pressure on selling, not did he make us feel rushed at anytime.. His stock is presented at their best, basically leaving the car to sell "itself". More importantly his knowledge, certainly of the car I bought, was reassuringly detailed and he was happy to answer all questions I had in full detail. All in all a very easy and enjoyable experience.
