A lucky find today. As I was motoring the under tray became loose. Creating a deafening noise as it scraped along the road. Although not mechanics but used car sales, the 2 gentlemen really were my knights in shining armour. They graciously came to my aid, removed the under tray ( irrepearable) and I happily went on my way! Such lovely gents and a great little find for future used cars.

I bought a van from Simon in November and I would recommend him. He was very helpful when going through the paper work, tax etc. He kept me up to date with the MOT and was flexible when it came to me collecting the vehicle. The van was exactly as he described and I felt he was very open and honest. I will for sure go back to Simon when needing to purchase another vehicle.

Bought a great VW Polo from Simon. From first contact it was clear that Catcarz was a straightforward, transparent and trustworthy business with a genuine interest in arranging a good deal for both parties. Simon even sourced a manual for the car (which was missing - we didn't even notice this) and had it delivered to my home. I cant recommend highly enough. Next time I am in the market for a Used car, CatCarz will be my first choice.

Was a quick and easy process to get the car. The customer service afterwards was fantastic. Had some issues regarding the turbo and pipes which the company were more than happy to help fix these issues at no charge. Overall I’m really happy with the car, service and after care.

Really good buying experience from Simon at Catcarz! Buying a Cat N vehicle comes with some anxiety and caution. Simon went through the process and was reassured. The insurance company was not at bothered or affected. The car, now 2 months in, is running great, hasn't had issues but has warranty so reassuring when purchasing a 2nd hand car! Would recommend this garage and service!

I was a little nervous about buying a cat N car but saw a car at CatCarz I liked. Simon showed me photos of the damage that the car sustained and explained the repairs that had been carried out which gave me the reassurance I needed. He gave me all the time I needed to take the car for a test drive and look over it. When I purchased the car Simon took my old car as part exchange and went through all the processes online with me to transfer the ownership of the vehicles. A few weeks later when I noticed some blemishes in the freshly painted bonnet, I reported it to Simon who had no hesitation in repainting the bonnet. For me, the sign of a good reputable dealer, is one who is willing to help and rectify faults after the sale that aren't necessarily covered by the warranty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CatCarz, Simon and his colleague were very genuine and helpful, didn't put me under any pressure and were happy to answer all my questions.

We bought a VW Up for our son so needed it to be safe, well-maintained and competitively priced. Simon quickly sourced the exact car we needed and our son has been delighted with it.
