I bought two cars from Castle road motors in Kidderminster and got ripped off with both. So if your thinking about buying another car take some very very good advice. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM CASTLE ROAD MOTORS. And pass this message on to anyone who's thinking about buying another car because THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
Great vehicles and service, very happy with my purchase, hopefully the after sales and support will be as good 1/4/2025 Update, had to drop the car back due to a small issue but the service booking in was great, the staff are more than helpful and my issue resolved, great after service.
Bought a used car from here after an horrendous experience with Bells Garage. Chris reassured me, gave me all the relevant info and the car was immaculate, no issues whatsoever, is a pleasure to drive and a brilliant bargain of a car. Not only that, the lads that did the handover were so helpful and respectful that it was extremely memorable. Castle Road Motors will be my go-to from now on!
From the start service was great, called up to book an M.O.T and they let me know that there was availability today. Arrived and told it would just be a hour! The lady that spoke to me was friendly and great. Always good to support a local family run business. Will be back soon!
