I recently bought a Ford Focus Estate 1.5 EcoBlue Zetec from Cass Autos and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. The car was ready for us to view when we arrived and was very well presented. The test drive that Carl took my husband and I on really helped me to make a decision there and then. Carl was extremely helpful and genuinely listened to what was important to me in a vehicle, rather than making assumptions or trying to push particular features. He was patient, never pushy, and took the time to answer every question we had. It made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated his honest, customer\u2011focused approach \u2014 it gave me complete confidence in my purchase. I recently purchased a car from Cass Autos, and all I can say is how pleasant an experience it was from start to finish. I took the car for a test drive and Gavin was fantastic; I felt very comfortable driving the car, and he answered any questions I had! That was it, I was sold on the car. I bought a VW Golf from a great gentleman- Carl .The service he gave was spectacular. I highly recommend Cass Autos and Carl they do a brilliant job. Drove over 100 miles in total and wasnt let down.Every mile was worth it and im very happy with my new car. I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Gavin and Carl in January and couldn't be happier. The guys were super accommodating getting the car ready to view at short notice and giving as much time to look over the car as you need. Moreover i got to take the car for a proper 20 minute test drive, including getting on the motorway so you really know what you're getting, unlike the 2 minute 20mph run you get at car giant etc. Money and paperwork was super easy and I took the car home the next day. Had it 3 months now and it run's like a dream! Great car and top service from the guys!
