Awful, awful, awful service! Issues with the car hours after purchase. Various emails go unanswered. They eventually agreed to repair, however on day due to attend could no longer complete the repair leaving me with an unsafe car and £15k out of pocket. They take no responsibility for the errors, ‘what am I supposed to do’ ‘why are you blaming us’ were some of the responses the manager gave me. As it stands I have no date for the repairs to be completed. I’ve made a formal complaint but I doubt I get any response. Let’s see if anyone comes back to me here to rectify the issues.
Came to collect a car financed from a third party broker with sky high apr rates and demands of fees. Issues with incomplete funds. Was offered to finance directly through car world. I had no fees to pay and saved £40 pcm. They made a living hell situation bright and sunny. Thankyou Monika and Stuart
This is for Carworld Superstore Boongate- I was served by Jason - who couldn't care less about my experience and all he ever said to me was 'im with another customer' and never had time for me. I put a deposit on a car and in the next day they sold it to someone else! I am appauled by the whole thing. I will not be recommending them and avoid at all costs.
Absolutely terrible company, do not go near them. Beyond all the friendly sales chat, once they have your cash there’s no service. I discussed with them that I was unable to view the car in person and we arranged videos and photos be sent instead. The sales chat is very friendly and they appeared reliable. I arranged collection and when it arrived the car was covered in scratches. Deep scratches that had been poorly painted over. None of which were mentioned in the ads or shown in the photos and videos. Their first response was to blame the car courier. Disproved that as impossible immediately. Rather than admit that the scratches were unacceptable they then shut up shop and claimed it isn’t a distance sale, and so no refunds are possible. So now it’s down to a claim of misrepresentation. Do not touch these guys with a barge pole, this is the kind of company that gives car dealers a bad rep.
