I have recently bought a car from Car World and I am delighted with the whole process. I was a bit of a nuisance at first changing my choice of vehicles but they were patient and understanding and sorted the change quickly together with all the other paperwork. Just bought a skoda rapid spaceback from here excellent service from tim and his staff he couldn't do enough for you even touched the scratch or 2 up a bit before leaving however after a couple of days I had a couple of minor issues rang tim took it over all sorted within 90 minutes now that's customer service at it's best I would not hesitate recommending car world probably one of the best customer services ive come across so thank you very much Tim and your team hopefully happy motoring and I wont have to call you again unless I'm buying another so thanks again and keep selling.ANDY 26 FEB2026
Travelled 80mile on the train to sheffield, was picked up by the team from the station. Noticed one of the tyres was a bit low, which they then took the car to check for puncture. tyre was fine just needed air - on return, we noticed one of the rear number plate bulbs was out, which was taken care of straight away. On the day service was sound, prompt and informative. Drove the car back home to North Wales - having purchased the car 2 months ago and over a thousand miles later, I can now happily confirm this Volvo C30 r-design 1.6 D2 has not missed a beat.

Really happy with my car and the service I received. The team were very helpful and quick to sort out the deal, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I had a small issue with the washer fluid for the wipers after collecting the car, but they dealt with it straightaway without any hassle. Overall, a very good experience and I\u2019d happily recommend them.
