A dodgy second hand car dealship selling dodgy cars. If you buy a car from here it's pot luck that you'll get a car thats got no issues. The 62 point car check they claim to do is a load of rubbish, they will 'miss' the most basic things and when things go wrong on your side they aren't interested. Even if you've owned the car 1 day. If they actually checked their vehicles properly this would save them and the customer a lot of hassle. They are quick to take your money but wont entertain anything if you are having issues with the car. If you're even considering buying a car from here, bring an OBD reader, a mechanic and have a decent length test drive. Check all the gaps inbetween the bonnet and all the panels to check it hasn't been in an accident. This place reminds me of the car dealership off matilda. These cowboys dont care if you lose thousands of pounds through repairs after they sell you the vehicle. Be warned people..
Absolute disgrace of a company. Bought an 11 month old 25k car only to realise the day after it wasn’t rain on the headlight it was full of water inside then to notice it was a replacement from a scrapyard.closer inspection found a cracked front grill and wheel arch not lined up correctly. Took the car back in to Nelson that same day to be told yep looks like it’s been a bump for all the reasons above but contact our service team as it’s no longer a sales issue. I asked for the number to be told just google it that’s where the fun started. A shambles trying to find the right person nobody wanted to deal with it so I decided to reject the car for a refund. Naively I never expected to be buying a botched up accident repaird car for that sort of money. Had the car in to a body shop for a full report and yes it had been re sprayed,masking tape still stuck under the grill Plus the other issues. Cartime did their own inspection and found nothing wrong with the car shock. They lie through there back teeth discrediting the body shops report who incidentally didn’t take kindly to this. All they keep coming back with is in so many words unlucky you had the chance to fine the issues before you bought it. Asked out of curiosity would you put a new headlight in as it was still under there 30 day warranty to be told no but we will find you somewhere that will for fair price lol. You couldn’t make it up. Please never use this company to purchase a car there’s a good chance you will regret it.
