I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Sheffield because I never received a phone call after the purchase about if I had any problems with the sale or with the car in general. The car had 2 faults within 48 hours and one of these faults was supposedly ‘fixed’ before purchase. Therefore after ringing car supermarket to arrange these faults to be mended, I never recieved a phone call to confirm repairs had been made. After waiting 3 and a half hours I had to go back into the store to ask for an update as no one was answering the phone to find out repairs had already been completed. As a result I feel like I have received a fairly poor service in regards to communication between me and members of staff. This is why I have to leave a unsatisfied review due to lack of contact. On the contrary the car was well cleaned and presented at time of pick up. Hopefully the car will have no future problems in the near future.
I'd suggest CarSupermarket.com Sheffield to a friend because the vehicle purchased was exactly what I was looking for and at a very competitive price. Staff at the location were excellent- not pushy and no pressure. We initially spoke to Jason who was extremely friendly and helpful. Our sales representative Jack was fabulous. This is our first EV and he gave us lots of information to assist in making our choice to buy. First class service from all the team. Thank you.
It didn’t feel like buying a car, it felt like going and having a chat with a friend. I was looked after by Jack as Callum was on annual leave and Jack made the whole experience so enjoyable. Sales aren’t about ‘selling’ the products, they are about putting the customer at ease so they make the decision to buy which is exactly what Jack did. Jack 100% deserves reward and recognition because he is an asset to the company. I will 100% be recommending MyCar Supermarket to friends and family.
I was pleased with CarSupermarket.com Sheffield and would recommend them because everyone was friendly at the pick up in Sheffield, the purchase over the phone was very easy , I was more than happy with the trade in value . I have since had a key issue and they have replaced for a brand new unit with absolutely no problems . Thank you
