My experience at CarSupermarket.com Sheffield was positive because we wasn’t pestered, left us to look around the show room. We had to ask for assistance as they didn’t bother us one bit. The service from Vincent from start to finish was excellent, thank you so much for helping us with our new car - beep beep!!
I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Sheffield because I never received a phone call after the purchase about if I had any problems with the sale or with the car in general. The car had 2 faults within 48 hours and one of these faults was supposedly ‘fixed’ before purchase. Therefore after ringing car supermarket to arrange these faults to be mended, I never recieved a phone call to confirm repairs had been made. After waiting 3 and a half hours I had to go back into the store to ask for an update as no one was answering the phone to find out repairs had already been completed. As a result I feel like I have received a fairly poor service in regards to communication between me and members of staff. This is why I have to leave a unsatisfied review due to lack of contact. On the contrary the car was well cleaned and presented at time of pick up. Hopefully the car will have no future problems in the near future.
