The experience at CarSupermarket.com Grimsby was fantastic because there was no pressure to purchase and was able to view the cars in my own time. The service i received from Saul was fantastic, not your typical pushy car sales person in the slightest. Everything from deciding on my car to collecting the keys the next day was effortless and he kept in contact every step of the way. The car was collected in pristine condition. Thank you for making the purchase so smooth. I will definitely be back when im looking for my next car!
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Grimsby was cracking because there was no hard sell, I had times to ask questions and got honest answers. We got to take the car for a test drive, try the car for as long as we needed. Adam the salesperson as really lovely with us and explained everything and showed how things worked on the car.
I would recommend CarSupermarket.com Grimsby because I'd had an issue with another company where they left me without a car for 6 weeks, I went to carsupermarket and it was like night and day. They kept in contact regularly, sent me a video of the car and sent clear information about the process. I got my car within 10 days of reserving it. The car is lovely and so far I've had no problems with it. Hopefully I will have this car for a long time, but when I need another I would definitely use them again.
I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com because firstly after driving the car for 15 minutes the car would not go into gear which is the same issue I had with the previous car bought from Hessle branch. I was allowed to swap the car however the same issue occurred when driving home from the Grimsby branch with the new car. I left the branch manager an email on the night however heard nothing back from him. I have rejected the car and spoke to Michelle on the phone on the 28th of Feb she said someone will be in touch. The only communication I have received from the Grimsby branch since then is one member of the team ringing to ask if they can pass my number to the recovery driver. I have received no apology which is very concerning considering this is the second car that this has happened to. I understand that cars have problems however the lack of communication and apology from the branch must be said. I appreciated the conversation with the branch manager Jeremy when discussing to swap over the car however I have not heard anything from him since even after sending my email stating the issues I faced with the car and him telling me that he will be dealing with my purchase
