I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Birmingham because I purchased the car last week already taken to garage to get quote for repair, had issues sending this to the service team, no follow up from them and no call from Fiona until I called to get help with quote. The quote has now been sent awaiting approval from the underwriter and this is really causing stress.
Abdul at CarSupermarket.com Birmingham was amazing!! There was an issue with the original car I had ordered however Abdul informed me straight away of this and helped me through every step to find a different car that met my needs and standards I cannot fault him, he was kind friendly and couldn’t do enough to help!! Even got my sister a hot chocolate when we arrived late in the evening. 20/10 service.
I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Birmingham because after sales is shocking car broke down and manager wasn’t interested in helping I’m now car less until a replacement is delivered which doesn’t seem to be a rush seeing as they already have there money, this is the forth car I’ve bought from the company unfortunately it will be the last
I was pleased with CarSupermarket.com Birmingham and would recommend them because I brought my previous car from here 12 years ago, my partner has brought cars from here and when I was looking for a new car this was the first place I came to. Adam sold my partner his previous car and was great and knowledgeable to deal with. Overall a great experience when buying a new car.
