CarSupermarket.com Barnsley staff were excellent because they provided a personal experience and catered to mu families needs. They looked after us incredibly well as it was a very hot day, we were supplied with cold drinks and my children were made to feel important and part of the whole process too. Shay knew his stuff and arranged for the car I wanted to be brought over to South Yorkshire. He was professional, kind, understanding, knowledgable and approachable. He did everything that he said he would and I found him 100% reliable. I am so grateful for his support as he made what had been a stressful period with my previous car, so much easier. I'd suggest CarSupermarket.com Barnsley to a friend because the quality and presentation of the car I purchased compelled me to purchase the car. After extensive searching Car Supermarket offered the car I desired cheaper that all it's competitors. I would advocate taking your first look for a car at car supermarket
Really happy with my experience buying my car from Lewis at carsupermarket . The whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free from start to finish. Lewis was friendly, helpful and never made me feel pressured at any point. He answered all my questions honestly and made sure everything was sorted before I collected the car. I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Barnsley because of the following issues: It took ages to get a video of the car but this was eventually sorted by Ryan. No issues with Ryan who was perfectly nice, he said I would get some fuel in the car to travel home as I was 1.5hrs away, this wasn’t done. On the drive home the car’s brakes were a bit noisy which I put down to the car being in the showroom for a while. They didn’t get better so when I went to swap the cheapo Chinese tyres I asked them to check the brakes, they were found to have very low pads on the front and rear and needed immediate replacement before they damaged the discs, the mechanic said they were on 3mm on the front and 4mm on the rear and these should have been changed before I collected the car. I have paid to get these done myself rather than risk the journey back to Barnsley. They said they would refund me the cost of this but I am still waiting for this to be paid. In summary, the car is fine as it was exactly what I am looking for but the communication and customer service is somewhat lacking. I chased the payment up today at 10am and I am still waiting for a reply at 4.30pm.
