I was returning to live in Australia and I met with Mark to see if he could sell my car. Mark was happy to do so- I kept my car up until the day before I left for Australia. I discussed with mark the price I wished to get for my car, which he was in agreement with. I left my car and all the documents which I was a bit worried about doing- however having met mark a couple times prior I felt I could trust him. True to his word he sold my car, we kept in contact during this time- and then he transferred me the money into my Australian bank account. I can’t thank Mark enough- he’s not your normal car salesman, but a very true/genuine guy and there is not many of them around. Thanks Mark!

I bought a car from Mark. He was so easy to speak with and he made me feel comfortable immediately. I drove two and a half hours to view and test drive the car. Mark was honest and transparent. Mark had the car detailed and had the paint work mopped. He sent me picture's and a video of the car after it was prepared, i think he was as excited as me. Mark had new plates made up for me and filled the tank full of petrol free of charge. I have to say Mark made the whole experience seamless, and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with this kind and genuine gentleman. Thanks again Mark.

I bought a car from Mark a few months ago and overall the experience was very positive as he is extremely helpful and accommodating during the buying process, and we are very happy with the vehicle we eventually purchased. When I was unable to collect the car, he drove it down himself and brought a present with him which was much appreciated. The only reason we have given 4 stars (I would have given 4.5 but that is not an option) is that he fell at the final hurdle, when I requested proof that the outstanding finance had been paid off, he promised twice to forward the email but it never arrived and I had to pay for a full HPI check to put my mind at ease that the debt had actually been repaid.

Would recommend this dealer, very happy with car and Mark was also very helpful and great to deal with, sorting out everything I wanted and also taking care of a few things i would have expected to do myself saving me a lot of hassle on day of purchase. Would def go back for next purchase.

I have engaged with Mark from Carselect (what an amazing guy) for many years purchasing a number of prestige cars..what an amazing experience every single time from start to finish and onwards . It was a special birthday for me this year popped in to see Mark to have a chat to buy myself a Birthday present a new car a Porche ...Mark was on the case for me again..he calls me Norman I've managed to get a Porche for you to test drive Wow Wow Wow went for my test drive the owner of car was thinking on selling I said to Mark I would love to buy the Caymen Porche...Mark organised an amazing deal and personal package for me ..he got all wheels diamond cut stunning ,fully professionally buffed and polished gleeming ,organised my personal number transfer and cut down number plates on rear ...the car looked absolutly Amazing when I picked it up ..Mark also organised the sale of my old car Audi TT and customised it further for new buyer who loved it ...If there was 10 stars to give on this review I would be first to press it...If you are looking for a unique car Mark's the man to find it for you. If i could give 10 stars i would! Mark is a lovely genuine man to deal with ticked all the boxes from the start what a pleasure and I will be back. Definitely recommend Mark at Carselect in kilmarnock.

Mark and Peter delivered our new car yesterday, first class service, really friendly, no gimmicks, no sales talk, super honest and genuine guys from start to finish. Car is better than described, perfect condition. The service they offer is outstanding and I think may become our new go-to car guy! Thankyou!

I saw a car that I liked with this company and I email Mark to say I was coming down on Thursday to see it. When i arrived i saw the car sitting in the corner so I went over to see it. Mark saw me and came over with the key. He was a very nice man to talk too. The car at first view was dirty (ok it can be washed) scraches on the bumper and not very clean inside. It was a convertible so he showed me that the roof was work after he had to pull a set of golf clubs out the boot. We went for a test drive and i really like the car. When we got back to the yard I told him I wanted it so what do we do now? He said i don't need to do anything. I asked him about part exchanging my Mitsubishi eclipse and he said that it was really his Forte. He usually deals in more sporty cars but he knew a guy who would probably buy it from him. He took alot of photos. I phone the finance company and the contacted him. I went online on the Saturday and it said that the car was sold so I assumed that I had got it. I tried to phone him and I was getting ignored. I phoned on the Sunday and he told me he was out to lunch with his family and that he would phone me tomorrow. I asked him about the part exchange and said the the guy who was buying it from him wasn't giving him enough money. Mark said he would phone me tomorrow. I never heard from him on the Monday so I phone him. My call was ignored. I left a voice asking him what was happening and that I hate being left in the dark. Still no reply. I phoned on the Tuesday and I was getting ignored again. My friend said that why don't I use his phone? So I did. And gues what? Mark answered it right away. I asked him what was happening with my car and he said "What do you mean your car?" I said " the convertible!" He said that it's not my car as i didn't leave a deposit. I told him that I had a deposit that day and you never asked for one, I had a \xa32000 deposit. He then changed his attitude and said that he would need to see what the guy is going to do with the car. I said "Just forget it!!!" And I put the phone down on him. I did read the reviews on this website and they were all very good up to 2020 then things just went wrong. He has treated other customers the same way As for the car!!! Why put a car on the market when the car is no where near ready to sell? I wouldn't deal with this guy unless you like to be ignored. UPDATE I would just like to add that after posting this review Mark did phone me and was so apologetic. He could not apologise enough. He if there was any way to make up for it that he would. It was nice of him to apologise and I accepted it but I did get treated that way and the damage was done. It's a pity it took a bad review for him to actually contact me. Mark is a really nice guy and as he said "he is a one man band" If you decide to buy a car from this company then I would do so because he has really good deals but make sure you don't get ignored. I hope this review has taught him a lesson.
