I had great customer service from Courtney at Carsa Southampton — she was friendly, helpful, and made the process easy to understand. She answered my questions clearly and was professional throughout. However, what let the experience down was being given a car to test drive with only 15 miles of fuel in the tank. It made the test drive feel rushed and limited, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to properly assess a vehicle before purchasing. Aside from that issue, the service from Courtney herself was excellent. It would have been 5 stars if you had checked the fuel before offering a test drive. It would also have been nice to charge the car's battery too. Not much to ask when you're spending £25k on a car
My local garage was shocked at the state of the brakes on my car shortly after I bought it. The brake discs were flaking rust and quite unsafe. I contacted Carsa who agreed this was unacceptable and promised to refund the cost of repair - then they ghosted me, not replying to follow-up emails.
