I've bought twice from Carsa now over the last year, once from Montesorrel (for my partner) and once from Towcester (for me). We didn't seek them out but they had the right car, spec and price. In both cases the transaction was straightforward and the cars were well presented. These were cars towards the end of the manufacturer warranty and we had done significant research on the exact spec we needed before purchase. We drove away the same day both times, paying cash. Sitting through the obligatory warranty and add ons pitch is a bit cringe but they don't push it too hard. The second purchase i had narrowed my choice down to two models and i was able to ensure that both were at the store in the spec i wanted thanks to the ability to move the cars between branches. The sales person had no problem with leaving me to look over both cars in detail before making a decision.
I was very pleased and content with my purchase from Carsa in Bolton. I was served by Jonathan Kaengele, who was a friendly and helpful salesman. He assisted me with making the right choice, by providing me with all the necessary details for the car and ensuring that I am equipped with the correct charger and charging information for the car. He was very professional and sorted everything out for me in a quick and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend Carsa to others and will be coming back in future.
So many of the reviews mention your friendly staff and I would endorse that wholeheartedly. In addition I found the car I wanted at a good price and was given a very fair trade-in on my very battered Jazz. The only downside for me was that your nearest store is a couple of hours drive away, but it was certainly worth it.
Very pleasant and helpful staff at the Bradford branch. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and did not pressurise me at all even with the after sales products. Drove the new car away after a couple of hours. Would definitely use them again
Purchased a car online which I had requested to collect from the Portsmouth branch. Arrived 30 mins early, but got welcomed by Guy, who then invited me to take the vehicle out for a test drive, which was fine and the vehicle was as expected, so was duly purchased there and then, and the process was around 90 minutes in total. The purchase price was very reasonable and Guy was friendly and helpful, and made a very good coffee. They will try and sell the many extras, which were not for me, however I did purchase some quality looking OEM mats for the car which should be delivered shortly. Overall my experience was good, and I would use Carsa again if the need arises.
