Arrived at the Cannock branch when I finally found the entrance and was greeted by the salesperson Kash who was brilliant with me 10/10 for the young man very professional indeed he let take the car out on my mine and I had a 20 minute drive loved the car and was ready to buy untill the manager got involved not wanting to meet me half way over £300 so I walked away the next day he reduced the car by £120 so obviously he didn't want to deal with me anyway its his and there loss. Just bought the same car from the VW dealership very professional unlike the carsa and there so called manager.
Good range of vehicles but many had QR codes on the windscreen missing, meaning there was no information on the vehicle readily available. We were allowed to go for a 10-11 minute test drive (!) and then the usual pushy sales tactics began. Flatly refused to negotiate at all on the price despite us pointing out flaws with the condition of the car which they weren’t aware of, but they later insisted had already been factored into the price. Said they’d ’look after us’ because there was no negotiating on the price. What this actually equated to was they wanted us to declare how long we would keep the car for, and they then gave us a discount on one of the years of warranty cover they were trying to sell. Disappointing customer experience all round.
